I walked into this Apple Store at Menlo Park today and surprisingly no one even welcomed me at the entrance like they did before when I bought my phone there. I kept walking around looking at the products and no one even asked me if I need anything but a lot of the staff were standing around and chatting. I had to approach a pair of them to ask a question and she said they usually wait for a customer to be assigned to them. They saw me walking around the shop and never bothered to greet me.

Kirby is the sweetest and most patient associate ever!!! We had to do a phone to phone transfer and it turned out to be a lot of trouble due to the phone being purchased from another region of the world. Kirby tried every way possible to help us but most notably was her patience, understanding and kindness in explaining each step of the process to me and my parents. We deeply appreciated her time and help. Bless and protect her at all cost!

They seemed pretty busy, we were told there was a wait, and I don't know if it was a good day or what, but I don't think we even waited ten minutes. Great service, we were in and out with what we needed!

"An electronic supermarket" is how I would like to refer to this busy store. Getting an appointment for the Genius Bar will be a wiser option as you can walk in at the required time or will be stuck in long lines that will give you a feeler of waiting to watch Star Wars in the cinemas, beating the huge lines. The staff here are all apples from the same basket - sweet and knowledge-wealthy and nothing rotten. They give you your time and are well equipped to answer any tech question you throw at them. They have great choice of selections on all their brand's gadgets. The only sour point I recently had was with a refurbished iPad that I picked which was given in a bag and not in a box or with a charging cable. This was unexpected and could have been communicated proactively.

Sales are friendly, but this time there's no one to check-in us or probably missed noticing us when we entered. So we had to wait extra 10 more minutes in order to get our turn to buy an iPhone 14plus for my wife. They sold us a new charging plug for extra $20, which I recommend if you haven't had one already. We didn't buy an insurance to phone though.

Have been to Apple stores in California and it was quite a different experience. This store in Edison was good , but it is extremely crowded most of the times and you will have to wait in line. There is of course help outside , who looks for your products and let’s you know . Went today and couldn’t find iPhone accessories.. wish they had better stock of products. I also couldn’t service my laptop here . It’s always backed up and service is a bit slow. We love apple products though and we keep going back to this store ; thumbs up.

What a great experience!! Andrew and Tashir I am probably jackin up his name and I sincerely apologize, are two of the most customer focused teammates I have ever encountered. They were adamant about me leaving satisfied with what I came in for. True professionals and deserve to be recognized for their big picture mindset. Thank you both! The store itself, its apple, can't go wrong with that.

Two days two hours a day of waisted time. All they can do is to provide you with misleading information and swipe your card. Manager David and sales reps had no intention to help. After failing to have my data transferred to a new phone, promised that a technical representative will call me at an arranged time, but nobody called. Promised that I would be able to mail my old phone once data is transferred, but that turned to be just another lie per Apple rep who I am on the phone with now after 20 minutes wait time. Filing a corporate complaint. We are all at a mercy of technotyrans.

I went to repair my Air Pods, my actual appointment time was 11.45AM as soon as I entered some one checked me in and I was asked to wait in the waiting area, I was waiting for more than 30 mins no body attended me and I saw their employees were chatting with some visitors who Came to visit the showroom looks like he was previously worked in the show room, also I noticed people came later than me was attended by some one and then finally one person came to me and asked I saw you’re waiting for so long May I know your name and appointments time I gave the details then some one attended me. It was horrible experience, I didn’t expect this from brand like Apple, very poor customer service experience I ever had.!!!
