Finally found The Appliance Connection from a referral on Facebook! They service GE frontload washing machines and mine was out of commission almost 2 weeks seeking for a home service technician. Great customer service on the initial call. Was told it may be a while as their schedule is full... less than 2 weeks. Travis, the technician was AMAZING!! Answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and helpful in my concerns. He was professional and very thorough in making sure it was ready for me to catch up on my laundry. He even made sure it was leveled, which was not done by Best Buy at install. I am so thankful to have my washer back in service!! Highly recommend and will use them again. Thank you!
Absolutely terrible. I made an order in Nov 2022, it got delivered in Aug 2023, but wrong item was delivered they send me a electric dryer instead of a gas dryer - this is a big mistake. They said they will take it back back with 33% restocking fee, and I have to pay for shipping charge. This is the worst service ever. Can I file a claim or a complain?
Absolutely horrible service. Order a refrigerator on Jan. 28 l. Arrived Feb.11. It was dead on arrival. It is now March 16 and we still do not have a working refrigerator. They will not stand by the appliances the sell. They said they are just a 3rd party reseller and that it's not their problem if the refrigerator doesn't work; that's for GE warranty. Have never received a call back. Always have to call them to check status. I never thought buying an appliance would be such a nightmare. I have filed complaints with the BBB, Federal Trade Commission, Office of the New York Attorney General Laitia James. I have also filed a dispute freezing the credit card payment. They are sending another technician tomorrow after 2 weeks wait. They have been here twice already trying to fix it. If you have even one brain cell, do not buy anything from this business. I have all the tickets entire and screenshots of their lies and stalling talk.
Have always purchased my appliances through appliance connection, my last purchase was a washer a Maytag that they said was the heavy duty washer and they never had problems with them. Well guess what maybe that was true when Donnie Crook had it and he always made it right, but now they treat you as if you have money to throw away, and they don't hold true on the warranty, I will go somewhere else and I will be happy to let anyone know about my experience with them. Forget getting parts anymore because it takes months and then they don't call to let you know your parts are in. If you are looking for quality then don't purchase appliances in moundsville on Jefferson ave appliance connection...
Technician came to the house knowing we have and are working with our home warranty company to repair a dishwasher. They repaired the dishwasher a year ago similar if not the same issue. I need the diagnosis and estimate emailed to the home warranty company, I'm told they don't deal with home warranty companies.... I just need them to email the diagnosis, I'll pay them and wait to be paid by the company myself. I'm told we don't deal with home warranty companies. This is why people don't buy local, or try. You would think small business would want to win over the residents of the town. I paid my diagnosis charge without question, thought we were working together. Actually I was treated better from a big box, Thanks.
Decent prices. Thought the scratch and dent was a good idea with just a small scratch like they say. Got refrigerator in place and plugged in after finishing the remodeling. Then realize it’s missing a shelf on the French doors. Find out if you go through scratch and dent it doesn’t matter if stuff is missing. Definitely spending the money and just buying brand new from now on. Hopefully it doesn’t fall apart. Don’t see much help coming from here.
Okay, Some Scratch & Dent items would probably have purchased from them if I lived here. Needed New Refrigerator...
In store experience was smooth and quick. Everyone friendly and knowledgeable. The crew that delivered and installed also great. Will definitely shop here again.
Santiago was great with customer service. He made sure I received my purchases in a timely manner. Applications connection has great communication and constant updates on where my purchases were during the shipping process.
I don't normally write reviews, but I have to warn unsuspecting potential customers. I went with them for about $5,000 in appliances twice due to them having commercial washer and dryers I wanted. I wanted to believe the problem was the shipper like they said, but they did me dirty twice. "Lost" shipments twice and poor customer service taught me a valuable lesson. It was not worth the headache. Stick with your local big box stores or commercial distributor. Service and deals are infinitely better. These guys aren't worth the headache. I'm STILL waiting on being credited for product that I never received after two months.
