The manager or owner refused to give me a refund after the card machine ran out of cards. He said that no body else had a problem with the machine, I showed him my bank statement where it appeared as paid. I proceeded to try and purchase another card to show him the machine wasn’t working and when I did the machine read it didn’t have anymore cards. He opened up the machine and there it was, the card was jammed along with the receipt. I did not get any apology or anything. I was very upset as he tried to say I was lying at the beginning. I say to him “you see I wasn’t lying” but he got very mad and said if I was going to give him a hard time that Hume wanted us to leave. He ended up calling security and threatened us that he if he kicked us out that he would be banned from the entire mall. My 3 year old loved going there but I we will never be back to this place again. He didn’t refund us anything .
Always a great experience when my kids and I come in Love what the new manager has done to the place My daughters phone was misplaced and Cristan helped us recover the phone
I take my grandkids there often. They Love it there!! I even get to play a few games I enjoy also. Very fun for all. Great value, great prices and very friendly staff. We will continue to be back.
3 star tier arcade. There isn’t that many arcade games here.
Nobody at the counter. There was a line of customer waiting for over 15min and no one showed up. When someone showed up they said they closed the registers already even though they had 20mins til closing.
The store manager refused to give me a refund. Would tell me and anyone I brought with me to help me to ask to get a refund that I need to take up with my bank when my bank told me it's not up to my bank to release my funds and that I have to talk to store manager to give my money back.
Great staff, games and really clean and airy environment. Only drawback is issue with card and not being able to play some games because of transition from old owners - over a month since my last visit.
If your in mall with kids its fun. $ 25 got my 7 yr old about an 1hr of play time.
The fat guy is so mean and thief. He refused to refund our money. Don’t go there people.
Me and my kids love it just wish they was cheaper
