The Ark is a place of safety for those in the storms of life. It is a place of hope, healing and help.
• We help men that are homeless, struggling with addiction, out of prison or just need a fresh start. We help them enroll in college, support them in pursuing their education and/or getting a job, and teach them financial responsibility.
• We provide more than 2300 families with boxes of food annually at no cost to them through our food bank.
• We give out 1500+ sack meals each year free of charge.
• The Ark Thrift Store sells quality clothing, shoes, furniture, appliances and houseware items at affordable prices.100% of the proceeds go to support the Ark's ministry programs.
• 100+ families and individuals are provided with free clothes, furniture, appliances and houseware items free of charge through the donations collected at our Thrift Store.
We are funded primarily through the sales of our thrift store, located at 502 Hammond Street, and the generosity of individual donors. We are seeking to partner with churches, businesses, organizations, and individuals to support the current ministries and expand our ministries to help more people.
