Works of art that incorporate a multitude of themes and styles! Reflections in Art is a one of a kind portrait based buisness located in the greater Milwaukee area, quality and creativity are strived for in each piece.
I am a self taught artist and have been doing portraits since the Spring of 1985. At that time I was one of the few that worked off of photos and my works ranged from weddings, adults, children, pets to vintage portraits. During those years I would create experimental art on my own time which was of interest to myself and my family usually involving: themes from movies, characters from books or subjects that came up in conversation.
Some of the work is displayed here on this page and I will continue to create more. These works consists of: family members, athletes, animals, bikers, fictional characters, real characters, superheroes, and film stars of the past. There will in addition be monsters, dancers, stuffed animals, clowns, and a slight touch of steampunk. All of this done in charcoal, pastel, oil pastel and acrylic paints.
