I have bought and sold at many auctions in many states for many many years. I have Never been to a more Honest auction in all my 50 years! Mike is Very Honest and Beyond Fair! The people I have encountered throughout the past several years, have always been very polite, professional and extremely nice. I have never had an issue with anything I won, from the online auctions, not being in the condition, value or losing the items I have won. They have even shipped items to me because I have been unable to pick them up due to something coming up or my forgetting about pick up. I am an extremely busy mom of 6 and sometimes things slip my mind. They have been a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend this Auction house.

Came to pay/pickup and ran into some troubles when I realized I had misplaced my bank card. The guy here was so understanding and patient. Even tho it took me almost 20 mins, and we all were running out of patience, they stayed as nice as could be. I deal with many auction houses and I have to say this one is always a pleasure!

I won some ammo woowho, super excited. I drove an hour & 15 minutes to pick it up. Here is where I'll own up to my mistakes, I was in a hurry and didn't check until the next day what I picked up. Below is the ad I saw and the product I got. It's advertised as 67rds of 230 grain 45 auto ammo. We'll I got, got. I found 29 rounds of 45 auto and 17 rounds of 40 S&W which is what's actually pictured in the ad. My not sure where my other 21 rounds are but I will forever open any boxes of ammo I purchase from them or anyone. I also got other ammo no problem with those lots.

Mike is cool, they have good deals. I wish it was in person auctions again but they are never going back to that. It's easy to see if you look around. As far as the hibid auctions go, you have to look at the picture as well as read the description very well. Mike knows alot about everything but he isnt a genius, so there are a few things he lists that are spelled wrong or mislabeled but a smart person can still tell what they are bidding on. The ladies are sweet as well and talk so politely!!

I can't recommend this auction house if you are dealing with them over Hibid. Very poor communication and high shipping rate.

Purchased a gun that turned out to be piece of junk and even dangerous to use, stay away from those crooks. Buyer Beware!
