We’ve highlighted a few rules of etiquette and engagement below and hope you will honor these guidelines to make our site a productive and fun experience for all.

If you have a question about your accounts please call a Bank of Fincastle professional at 540-473-2761 and we will be pleased to help you. We will remove any posts that we believe compromise your security and banking relationship with us. Your privacy and financial security is of the utmost importance at The Bank of Fincastle.
2. Please be respectful. We welcome open communication and conversation on our facebook page. However, profanity, spam, hate speech, inappropriate content, personal attacks or any information not deemed useful and appropriate for our followers will be immediately removed at our discretion.
3. We will do our best to respond to you promptly and look forward to engaging in conversations with our followers on facebook. If you have an immediate financial need or questions regarding your accounts, it is always best to contact us directly by phone, during our banking hours from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday and Friday 9:00 am until 6:00 pm at 540-473-2761.
