I enjoyed my Reiki session with Lara. She provides a safe, comfortable space for healing. Studio & rooms are very clean & relaxing. She answers all questions in a timely & courteous manner. I appreciate the care & ease in setting up services here. Thank you, Lara!

It was our first time at Barefoot Haven and will definitely not be our last!  We both had massages by MacKenzie Mitsche and cannot sparkly highly enough of her.  I highly recommend MacKenzie and we have already booked our second massage!

I participated in the 7:15pm Vinyasa flow.  What a great way to wind down after a busy day!  Nicole was a fantastic instructor!

Jean at Barefoot Haven provides cranial sacral therapy in combination with energy work/ reiki. It helps release emotional stress that manifests into physical tension. Highly recommended for stress release.

Just had my first ever yoga class. Alex was a sweet heart!!!! I’m definitely coming back! Thank you for the wonderful experience.;
