Jesse James loves his holidays at his favorite doggie hotel. The staff is just amazing! I love how we can see pictures of our boy having so much fun.
Don't bring your dog here! We've been going to this place for over 10 years. We recently went out of town and had our flight canceled and we were not able to pick him up. We tried repeating to contact this place with no success. Their phone number wouldn't work, and they never responded to our emails. When my wife went to pick him up she was taken into some storage room to discuss this with a manger who was rude and extremely unprofessional. They added a ton of charges that were over the estimated amount. I honestly can't think of a worse experience. They just lost a 10 year customer- good riddance!!!!!
Best place to leave your pups, when you're away....they may have a better vacation than you. Caring excellent staff. Vet office on site. Beautiful grounds. Lots of interesting things for the pups to see and do.
A bit pricey, but well worth it. Staff is always great and keeps us informed regularly when we board our fur baby. Lot's of social playtime, huge play areas and spacious rooms.
I have brought my kitty here to stay twice. She always comes home happy and healthy. They make it easy for you took care of flea prevention and rabies vaccine, offer a bath or brush out, and have great prices. They did a great job with my kitty’s allergy medicine—injection, refrigerated, to me a bit complicated, but they didn’t have any issues, didn’t charge extra to do it, and did it right. Easy, great price, knowledgeable caring staff.
They took really good care of my dog. I was a little nervous because my dog wasn’t in any of the daycare pics and they don’t have webcams but he came home happy and in good health. That is all that matters to me. Good staff that does take good care of your dog.
So I added this because I saw some bad reviews. I have been bringing my boy bumpy here since he was born 4 years ago. He loves it and their connected to a vet VCA Simmons with great doctors who care about your animals. My dogs roughly a 70 lb pitbull who gets along with everyone one. Just book in advance and bring your food bagged up by feeding to avoid extra charges. But if you love your dog this place is amazing to take care of them.
My dog Calypso and I love this place. We are so happy we found this place over a year ago. Their staff is extremely polite and helpful. I feel that every time I drop off my furry friend is as if she is staying with FAMILY! She is always eager to get out of the car and play with the staff and dogs. I highly recommend this place for boarding or just daycare. Your furry companion will appreciate it!
We were underwhelmed with our first experience. They required a dog flu vaccine, which makes sense, but if you use their vet for the vaccine you have to pay for the shot and a new patient check up, which added about $120 to our one night stay. After we dropped him off, we called a few times to see how the check up went and how he was doing for the first time being boarded and no one answered. We were also left on hold for so long that we just hung up. When we picked up our dog, no one could tell us how he did and finally one a trainer said “he did fine.” They are an ok facility, but seemed disorganized. We expected better for the price.
It's a hit or miss as far as greetings go! You can stand there minutes, and feel invisible while everyone stares a computer monitors to avoid you! On top of that they now require some sort of an additional vaccines that other places don't. The worst thing is they just spring on you...usually after you have dropped the pet off the previous day! One day the pet is up to date...then he's not! What gives...had to take him elsewhere!
