Update as of 6/4/19 The food was fine; however, the service was horrible. First, I ordered a sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes on it. When the food arrived, I did not have lettuce or tomato on my sandwich had I to flag down the waitress for it. Then when the bill arrived, I reviewed it only to see that I was charged 2$ for LT or lettuce and tomato when the menu said 25 cents. This is Not OK. I didn't want to cause a scene with my 20 month old kid with me. So, I kindly thanked them for the meal, and I will never return again. Below is my old review disregard it. I will leave it posted though. This place has great pizza, tenderloins, and, burgers. The service wasn't the best though; they forgot my wife's toppings for her tenderloin and forgot my bread pudding. I had to ask for it twice. When they brought it to me; it was tough and super hot like when you leave it in the microwave too long; it was not very good. I would recommend this place for take out only on the pizza. Also this place is cash only no debit or credit cards they really need to upgrade.

Really good pizza. Fish sandwiches are also good as well as walleye dinner. Ribs and steak can be hit or miss, anything with BbQ sauce has a disappointing mustard base. Good prices. Can get crowded on weeknights or any time ordering pizza. Surprisingly varied lunch menu. A solid choice with a decent menu for a small town tavern.
Would leave zero star if I could. Owner was yelling at his help seems like he has a real temper. Took FOREVER for food to come out. When it did pizza was burnt, I mean how do you mess up pizza. Too bad because this place used to be good before it switched owners. Will not re-visit... Don't waste your money on this little hole in the wall. -P.S. the town it's in smells like garbage for some reason. ‍
Gordo and his staff always make you feel at home! I love the Taco's, love, love, love the pizza and anything we've ever gotten at the barn has been so good! And don't forget the cold beer!!!
Best pizza ever had,the crust was like fresh bread with butter. Ample toppings and big pizzas definately your moneys worth. Always a stop when wife and i are out riding.
Here's a review from a non-local: Thru-travelers, don't be suckered off the highway for this one. We were drawn in by the other good reviews for the pizza, which was unfortunately rubbery and bland. The combination of oil and garlic ? powder on the crust was unusual and unappetizing. The 'hot' wings were served without being tossed in any hot sauce or without any sauce or dressing on the side. I obviously can't speak for their other dishes but this pizza does not deserve 5-stars!

We bring everyone to Gordo's Barn for pizza when they come from out of town, and ride our motorcycles out at least once a month during riding season. Staff are friendly, service great and food out of this world great!
