We are a private Vermontessori school- Montessori inspired pedagogy steeped in the rural traditions of Vermont. We offer full day & afternoon enrichment.
We are a lower elementary school, and still have a couple full time spots open for this year. Our afternoon enrichment portion of the day (3:15-5:30) has open spots for M-F.
In our daily lessons, we use Oak Meadow curriculum as a framework for our lessons. We also prescribe to Waldorf, Reggio, and Montessori methods. We incorporate the following content areas into daily practice: mathematics, history, social studies, geography, science, nature based learning, language arts, visual arts, Spanish, and practical life activities.
We uphold an environment of acceptance that helps to build inner confidence in each student so that they can take on rigorous academic work.
