The Barre Standard is a community inspired studio focused on delivering challenging barre-based workouts in a comfortable and empowering studio environment.

We take an alignment-first, athletic approach to the traditional barre principle by combining innovative strength training routines with unique choreography to challenge the body and mind. Our core offerings include Barre, Cardio, and Yoga Flow classes to provide a well-rounded fitness routine.

Been going here for over a year. And have so much more strength. Working with all of the instructors throughout the week. Each instructor has their own style and help master form and stability. I've gained so much self confidence and went from a size 14 to size 6! I love how they all encourage you to push yourself with positive reinforcement and help you anytime you need it without feeling g singled out or embarrassed. There are so many levels of people in the class, whether you're a first timer or a veteran every class allows you to go to your limit and chase those shakes!!!!
The Barre Standard is a welcoming and high energy barre studio! Love the variety of classes and the great workout I get every time! I definitely recommend taking classes here. The instructors are all friendly and provide great feedback during class.
I have absolutely loved every class I've taken at The Barre Standard! All the instructors are great and so friendly! I appreciate how they correct your form and guide you through the entire workout to get the most of the class. Always leave feeling stronger and more appreciative of what my body is capable of.
Best barre studio! The classes are challenging and a ton of fun. I wasn’t much into fitness before trying barre out, but now I want to come back every day! The instructors have been patient with my non-existent fitness level and have been so helpful in guiding me through each exercise. The atmosphere is supportive and friendly. I’ve already gotten a couple of people interested in joining me. I’m never going anywhere else!
The Barre Standard studio is absolutely wonderful! Every instructor is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They truly care for you, your form and want you to be the best version of yourself. I love that the studio is not associated with any corporate chains because it allows for more authenticity with the owner who runs classes as well and the instructors. Plus it wasn't the "hard sale" when I came in for my complimentary class. Plus they do fun challenges, offer FANTASTIC deals that you will NOT find anywhere else believe me I did my research. Plus, its in such a cute part of town in Old Town Arvada. This studio is definitely worth checking out for yourself and seeing the difference from a big corporate chain. I absolutely love it there!
