Seems that this was more like a scam than anything else. Price quote for over $13,000.00 and not even stop water from coming in the house . Literally to divert the water once it's in and hide the spots it's coming in from with a freaking wall. More than that I could just picture the build up of black mold which would definitely cause illness. Update ,,, No one from The Basement Doctor has contacted me . It just looked good if they replied. Still $13,000.00 plus quote to hide the problem but not fix it .Service:&nbsp;Waterproofing

The guys were very friendly and did what needed to be done! My only complaint was that they did not properly bury the tile in our ground cover I can still see the pipe

They are the absolute best in the business.  Our crew, Mike, the foreman, Lenny, JaVaughn and Jordan were amazing.  They kept us informed every step of the way and answered all of our questions.  They did an amazing repair job on our walls. They even loved on our dogs and put up with our cat supervising their work We highly recommend them for any issues with your basement!!! Thank you!!!

The Basement Doctor went out of their way to make sure work was done to my satisfaction.  They are always friendly, clean, respectful of property and show up when they say they will.  They got the job done fast and at a great price.  I highly recommend them for any basement or crawlspace work.  You won't be disappointed!

Had them out a year and a half ago. Did very good work. The really impressive thing is their commitment and follow up since though. We ended up having water issues several times since but each time they responded immediately on the phone and in person. They stood by their word and fixed the problem each time. Even when the problem wasn't their work, but factors outside their control. Outstanding customer service. I would recommend these guys

They were suppose to come to my house for an appointment, even after receiving a confirmation text.  I called and left a message because it was after close of the business day. I called the following day, because no one called me back.  The excuse the lady told me was that the project manager wasn't able to come for the appointment.  There was no communication whatsoever for canceling the appointment, plus the fact of wasting my time.  She also said she would pass on my information to the project manager.  He never called the whole day.  Whatever, happened to customer service! I suggest looking for another company, I know I will.

Nice people to work with,however never had water in my crawlspace until AFTER work was done ! Over a year now. 120 dollar yearly inspection fee to tell me everything looked good. Even though they saw water. They said they would get back to me and I have heard nothing. They might have a problem getting the inspection fee next time !
