The Basement Circuit Training is a fitness company that believes in building strong, healthy, and long lasting fitness foundations from the ground up. We currently facilitate group fitness class for anyone wanting to make a difference in their health and better quality of life. It is ran by certified personal trainer Greg Cephas (NPTI, B.A. Sport Management). Our workouts are designed to improve strength, power, sports performance, and over all physical fitness.
