We are a private event dining restaurant located in the historic Fairmount District of Fort Worth.
The Bastion is not a restaurant in the traditional sense. We are open to the public by reservation for Chef's Tasting Menu dinners and culinary classes, which are held on a monthly basis.
Tasting Menu Dinners: Chef Riccetti holds a dinner service once a month with a pre-set, multi-course menu. Every meal has a different culinary theme, and each one is better than the last. This 'supper-club style' dining atmosphere is always social and festive, filled with old and new friends. Our dinners typically fill weeks in advance, so make sure you contact us early for your reservation!
Culinary Classes: Don’t just get stuck sitting in the back of a room watching someone prepare a dish like some of the area's other classes,
Learn to cook from a seasoned professional culinary instructor on professional equipment with hands-on, in-the-kitchen instruction. The dinner class includes enjoying the meal you prepared in the kitchen. Sit down to dinner together at the completion of the class to a private dinner party with your fellow students and enjoy! You will leave with the recipes and the know how to prepare the dishes at home. We limit the class to six people, so availability fills quickly.
