Friendly staff. Older style restaurant/diner. The food is good and plentiful. Surprisingly, they have their liquor license! We had the calamari as a appetizer and OH MY, so yummy!!!! It was prepared in a way I'd never had before. The "Mediterranean Lemonade" was good too!
I tried the glazed salmon and it is pretty good! Very well prepared with tomatoes and cheese! Dinner rolls are served warm that is nice!
If you are in the area you have to stop and grab a bite. The staff is super nice and the portions size is sure to fill you up! We loved it so much we stopped the next day!Recommended dishesMile High Meatloaf, Fries with Cheese Gravy Bacon, Potato Cakes, The Beaconator
Took my daughter and 4 year old granddaughter for breakfast. Ham, sausage and dippy eggs were decent but homefies and scrambled eggs had no flavor at all but still decent. The only thing I did not like was when my granddaughter knocked chair over by accident and 2 minutes later the waitress brought us takeout containers. We just got our food 10 minutes before this, we weren't even close to done eating. Felt very insulted, we didn't ask for containers. So we just packed up and left.

There was no seating when my dad, daughter, son and I arrived. It was a busy Saturday morning so I understood but I thought it was rude that they seated a party of 3 that came in after us before we were seated. I know it may be a small thing to some but customers should be taken for seating in the order the arrive regardless of any other situation. It's just good customer service. Also I got a southwest breakfast wrap and it wasn't on the menu nor did the waitress tell me it was eggs loaded with tomatoes, peppers and onions. Had I known that, I definitely would have ordered something different.
This place is absolutely filthy see these pics, makes you wonder how the kitchen looks if they can't clean months of grime off the chairs and floors, the carpets are very greasy and slick.Food: 3/5
Amazing service with delicious fat pancakes. Do a tour of diners in Pennsylvania and went to the other Beacon in Lehighton and this one was much better. No long wait time.
