This gym is like no other I've been to. It is not your typical dojo.  Also, it just gives you a good feeling when you walk in - Good vibes, good people. I had been wanting to take self-defense class for years. I finally decided to make the move and get started with The Bear Cave. Bear treats each and every person with the utmost attention and respect. He is so encouraging, patient and passionate about what he does. He challenges you to reach your best bar, not his and he is just an all around good dude. Easy to talk to and you can tell he really cares about your experience. I honestly couldn't imagine a better instructor or someone I felt more comfortable with. He pours himself into all that he does.  I have recommended the gym to friends and family as I think everyone will dig it - how could you not!?

I'm not saying the service is one star  I just wanted people to know that this place has closed down or moved which is really sad.  I am looking at the place right now.  I'm disappointed because I wanted to try this place out.  Good Luck to the business owners and it's students
