Great first experience at The Beauty Institute. The staff is welcoming and friendly. John Paul did a very thorough and wonderful job on my hair. He explained step by step on what he was doing throughout the whole process. Relaxing atmosphere as well! Highly recommend!
I had Adrianna Ward doing my hair and coming in I did not expect to be this happy coming out. Originally we decided to touch up my roots and a trim but we completely changed the plan and decided to dye my whole hair a copper/ginger color. Adrianna did a wonderful job guiding me through the whole process. She was able to work efficiently and knew exactly what she was doing and her confident made me even more excited to see the results. Due to the lack of time she was not able to style my hair, but with her talent she would have done a beautiful job. Below are the before and after pictures.
UPDATE!!: I went back to Joy for a wash, blowout, trim, and curl and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Not only did she do all of the services in a timely manner; My curls are holding so well and my hair is finally healthy again after a much needed trim! If anybody, book Joy! You’ll leave feeling the best you’ve ever felt after a hair appointment! I wanted to get rid of or hide previous coloring done in my ends that had grown out and Joy did a great job doing that! I’ve never been so satisfied with my hair! I love the color, my hair is soft, straight and even. I have no complaints. I could only recommend her. So if you’re wondering who to book, go to Joy!!

The Beauty Institute in Ambler is incredible! It’s such a great place full of passionate soon-to-be professionals. In addition, the prices can’t be beat! Ms. Naz is the lead teacher. Her knowledgeable leadership sets the tone for a welcoming learning environment. I recently visited, and was fortunate enough to have Tori Best do my hair. She did an amazing job! She was sure to do exactly what I wanted. My expectations were exceeded. I am now a devotee!
I had yet another great experience with Caroline Morris as my hair stylist! I am currently in the process of going dark/trying to get my highlights hidden. Caroline did the most amazing gloss on my hair and gave me exactly the color I hoped for, along with a little trim. LOVE the way my hair turned out :
Caroline is fabulous!! I hadn’t had my hair cut in well over a year, so it needed some major help. I couldn’t be happier with the cut- my hair feels so much lighter and healthier! She was so easy to talk to and it felt like she really cared about the vision I had! She was so patient and really took the time to make sure I loved every little detail. She made me feel so comfortable in her chair. If you need a stylist, Caroline is my #1 recommendation—she just gets it!! Already planning my color appointment with her!
I have really enjoyed my experiences at the Beauty Institute in Ambler. Today was no exception. I have needed to get my hair done for so long, but wasn’t quite sure what I wanted! So I let my stylist, Keila decide and she did not disappoint…I absolutely LOVE my color, cut, style and tinsel you heard me right :
They did a wonderful job! I got a hair cut and coloring. I have gotten my hair colored multiple times and this didn't feel any different from the regular salons, rather better than some! Stephanie Feliciano was the student who did my hair cut and coloring! She was super patient, nice, and considerate. She made sure she was doing every step correctly by asking the teacher to check! The prices are very economical! Overall great experience. Would love to come again to get other services!
Keira was absolutely wonderful! Not going to lie I was hesitant at first, but let her do her thing. Explained to her what I wanted done and that I was on a time limit approx 2.5 hrs we had before I had to be at work we talked about life and hair. Her hair washing skills may have been the best yet! She knows what she's doing and is going to accomplish wonderful things. I was absolutely 100% loving the results of my hair. She did root touch up mini high lights and trim. I was on time to work and bringing my daughter back and a touch up before her anticipated graduation date. Thank you love..shine bright
