LOVE this place! Came here 5 years ago when we were in town from Houston. Was so excited to see it again. Such a steal at this place. These bracelets were 25 cents!
I love this store! A great range of cool stuff too look at and normally a good clearance section too. I was hesitant my first stop but now always come here after SMKW on our way too the Parkway. Good place too stock up on gifts or stocking stuffers for the next year.
I love everything about this store! Of course, a lot of it has to do with my personal tastes, but they carry so many of the items and brands that might be classified as "Southern Prep". Add a little home decor, jewelry, scented candles....do yourself a favor and stop here first before you get stuck in the crowds a few miles up the road!
Great items, especially if you're looking for a gift or something on trend. I appreciate the service, true southern hospitality is displayed by the staff. The bathrooms could use work, very cold in winter & hot in the summer as they are outside.
My wife and I have made regular stops by your store each time we visit the area. On our most recent visit last Thursday, we received the poorest customer service we've ever gotten here which is to say, nonexistent. She had prepared to purchase a t-shirt, jewelry, and a couple of other items all in hand, when we stopped by her favorite part of your store -- the charm "island" just across from the register. We waited for an agent -- all of whom we're standing or walking around -- to come by and ask if we needed assistance. None ever even acknowledged us. We even tried to get their attention, but each seemed to want to overlook us. We returned each of the items to their proper places after about 30 minutes of waiting, and left. My wife was sad. But she said she'd rather spend her money at a place that wanted her as a customer than a place that treated her as non-existent. I don't blame her. She'd never comment about her experience that day, which is why I'm saying something. I doubt we'll ever return -- we were made to feel like invisible cogs in your economic wheel that day. But someone in management needs to know what happened, and why you'll eventually begin losing business. If this is standard treatment, it will be a short stay in the area so dependent on tourists and so known for its kindness and hospitality. Trust me, I'm originally from Pigeon Forge.
This has always been a stop for us either going into or out of Pigeon Forge. Always great selection and prices. We were saddened on our last stop to see that the location was closing. Said they will be open till end of March 2018 or till everything sold out.
My Daughter and I love this Store!!! Found it when we were lucky enough to live near. Now of course it's a to-do thing!!! They have quite a collection. For Everyone!!!
and disrespectful in front on numerous employees and customers! Long story short I picked up a custom monogrammed order for a friend and she disliked the size. She'd be told previously in store that the size would be proportioned to the bag 3" tall verses the inch sewn. The request was to refund the price of the monogram and still purchase the bag. Steven proceeds to state it was impossible that she was ever told that due to the bracket used. As Im explaining this to my friend over the phone I get a finger in my face stating Im putting words in his mouth and its not appreciated and then his entire hand saying "you lost me when you started putting words in my mouth". I have never been so embarrassed or humiliated in public like this before and pray it never happens again! Did I mention this was $7.50 in monogramming......really $7.50 and over a simple request still wanting to spend money. NEVER AGAIN!
