The Berry Bar

We go to the Berry Bar quite often. We love their delicious smoothies and froyo. They also have amazing service! Very friendly staff and the owner is always happy and friendly. My kids are huge fans too. They have a great menu with plenty of options to choose from. Highly recommend the Berry Bar.

The Berry frozen Bar has delicious frozen yogurt and many other outstanding snacks. Exceptional service I received, made for an outstanding experience. The flavors were delicious, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delightful frozen yogurt experience with exceptional service.

My husband and I went on 8/10/23. We are new to the Kingwood area and came upon this place on google. I didn't look at the reviews ahead of time, but I wished i had before i wasted my time up there... The older guy was extremely rude!!!!! He lectured and snapped at the same time about how I shouldn't be wasting product?? FIRST OF ALL, that "frozen yogurt" was very liquidity. I am not going to fill my cup of just liquid cake batter... My husband and I decided to leave right away because the way he approached the situation was very unprofessional and we did not want to give him our business. Now, looking back at the situation and reading other complaints of the older man I believe it. He needs to work on his customer service. On the other hand, if yall want frozen yogurt tutti frutti is a great place for frozen yogurt!

Such a sweet couple that owes berry bar super attentive and welcoming, always know our order and exactly how we love our Açaí bowls. Also the frozen yogurt is the best in Kingwood area. Delicious

I am not a frozen yogurt fan, but you will ALWAYS find me at the berry bar because they have the BEST coffee in kingwood. Houston even. If you like strong and GOOD latte/iced coffee/iced americano this is THE place to go!

I've been a regular here since a couple of months ago. The staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions you have about the drinks. I've never had an issue and never seen a child be fussed at by the employees as some of the reviews claim... Reading the one star reviews here, I see a bunch of complaints about the payment machine asking for tips when it's self service, and supposedly employees yelling at people... 1. It is a little loud in the store with all of the machines running, so sometimes yes they do have to talk loud. Sorry if your child was scared by that. 2. Do you people realize that the MACHINE asks for tips automatically for every customer because it's not ALL self service. 2a. If you order a drink, the employees have to make it, and they also put the toppings on your yogurt for you because nobody wants you putting your nasty dirty hands in the toppings like animals; it's not entirely self service.

Vietnamese Coffee!!! Wow, this place has the best Vietnamese Coffee actually Iced Coffee I've ever had, for anyone that doesn't know.... Vietnamese Coffee is slightly sweet, but strong and rich! I came in here to get some FroYo for my wife and kid which they LOVED. I saw a coffee menu and thought, man, I could use a Carmel Machiato... The man everyone seems to think is mean is definitely not mean. He has what I call a dry sense of humor at least with us he does!. Okay, yes, the frozen yogurt is awesome, but back to the excellent coffee!!! The man who's name escapes me asked if I had ever had a Vietnamese Coffee, then went on to explain how he makes them... Needles to say it was Excellent. We now stop by there every time we are on that side of the lake in Kingwood. Vietnamese Coffe is, in fact, the BEST I've ever had. He makes his large with 3+ shots, so the 3rd time we went, I tried one the way he makes his daily dose, and YeeHaw straight to the moon! Lol. I stick to the strong version they make, and it's perfect. So perfect tjat I now take one home for the next morning along with one for that moment in time! If you're looking for excellent coffee, friendly service, a dry sense of humor, and outstanding frozen yogurt... Drop in to the Berry Bar and Enojy!

Worst experience ever. They don't offer samples so we got a cup to filled a little bit in it to try. We didn't like the flavor and threw the cup with the smll serving away. The owners followed us to the trash can, took it put of the trash and told us "we need to pay for it". The owners were extremely rude and yelled at us in front of all the other customers like we were kids. Then they had the audacity to ask us for a tip at check out. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

The owner is impolite, and very Rude. The yogurt and drinks are overpriced. And with the way the staff especially the older man at the checkout rushes you, makes you feel unwelcome and poorly treats KIDS, this place is NOT WORTH IT. Why would you go to a desert place where can’t think for a minute to pick toppings before getting pushed by Ill mannered staff. And after all this, he actually asks for a TIP! Not going there again.
