Go elsewhere. The owner and staff weren't helpful in anyway shape or form. Couldn't even bother to answer very simple bike related questionsresponse was literally "I don't know, Bro". The emergency gels they had were expired by a good 2 months and when I pointed it out to the owner, all he could do was provide a discount. Garbage Bike shop. GO ELSEWHERE
I bought a Biria easy boarding bike there, which is where my daughter bought one last year. I live 4hrs north if this store, but since this is a very rare bike in the us and not sold in many states for some reason, I called him and he had 2 in stock. I bought them over the phone, explaining my problem about picking them up. He was very helpful. Yes, he might have been more fuzzy over the phone, but when I picked them up three weeks later, I found him to be a straight to the point person, which I like a lot. SORRY!!! that you kids couldn’t play on the floor, REALLY!!!! Anyway, had a small problem after driving home 4hrs home. The cables were not routed properly according to the assembly instructions that I looked up. Just a little OCD!! Not knowing what I was doing, I cut a cable and tried to fix the problem. Big mistake! Called Barry and explained my problem, not only did he offer to fix the problem, but forgetting how far away I lived, he not only told me how to fix the problem, but he sent me a new cable. By the way, not only once but twice, because the first one got lost in the mail, being that I live in the middle of nowhere. So that’s my story!!! Gotta love Barry!!! Sorry Barry for the late review, but my wife and I have ridden the bikes about 300 miles with no problems on our vacation. Thank you!
Went in to find a hybrid mountain bike for on and off roading. Barry was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient as we checked out the various options best suited. We picked up the bike the next day and again it was a great experience. The shop could use some TLC but he’s got everything you need and beyond that he is a wealth of knowledge. I’ll be retuning for regular maintenance.
First time I ever felt out of place in a bike shop. The owner ordered around his employees in a rather rude way and it shows when he interacts with his customers. Doesn't make small talk and got defensive when I came back to ask about the services he did on my bike. Does the job but not something I would come back to again. Service pales in comparison: try options like Echelon Cycles nyc/ Jersey Cycles nj
A real Mom and Pop operation. You may not get the most stellar service but these folks are genuinely nice, and have pretty fair prices. The owner will usually throw in something like a water bottle etc. when you purchase a new bike. It’s very convenient right on route 17 and the master mechanic is a pretty knowledgeable guy. Give them a look.
Best shopping experience in the longest. All my questions were answered and I walked out with everything I need. I love my new bike.
Very good customer service. We order two mid price range bikes made by a manufacturer that is not usually discounted . Barry honored his fourth of July discount and took $40 off each bike. He ordered them in on a Saturday and said thy should be ready that Thursday . Thursday I received a call that they were ready. Saturday when we picked them up Barry discounted a few accessories , installed them with no labor charge , checked out and adjusted the bikes for us . An excellent experience

We had a very good experience there when buying the bikes for my husband and I about 4 years ago. But recently came in with my husband and son to look for a bike for my son. Initially we were ignored and when we tried to ask about available bikes, the owner was very rude saying that he was busy, as if we were asking to give us a bike for free. Looks like the helpful man from 4 years ago disappeared and was replaced by an evil twin. So we had to leave and bought a bike somewhere else.
The owner of this establishment has ZERO customer skills. I had my bike tires swapped for road tires here. When I came to pick the bike up it had a huge gash on the paint near the seat post. This is $1,800 bike mind you. When I request for the damage to be fixed I am offered a free chain cleaning. Wth? I demand it be fixed to which the owner starts yelling at me to leave his store. So he damaged my bike and kicked me out refusing to take responsibility. Guy is a complete joke. I ended up opening a credit dispute. Hope this place shuts down.
