Description

The Birch Tree Cafe was named after the family who owns and operates the restaurant. The family name, Berzins, is a Latvian name that roughly translates to "little birch tree" in English. Chef Cathy Berzins and her two daughters suffer from Celiac disease, requiring them to keep a completely gluten free diet.

We are currently operating the Bakery only (however, we do hope to re-open our store front again one day)

The bakery produces a truly AMAZING line of gluten free breads as well as muffins, pizza crust, cakes, cupcakes, brownies, & pies See our website for a list of locations where our products are sold.
