excellent service, knowledgeable staff, prompt, and professional. Any ski boot custom needs are included with purchase of the ski boot, and follow up adjustments as needed. People passionate about their optimal ski performance should check it out here.

I have older boots so I’m went in for new liners.  A family follows me in and are there to buy new boots.  He goes into the back to check for my size, come back In under 10 seconds and says we don’t have your size I’m a 27 ski boot not uncommon thorn shrugs and says “yah we don’t have your size you should buy new ski boots..” not “hey we can order them for you” .  Felt like I was being pushed aside so that he could sell some boots. Won’t go back.

Had an issue with my boots for a while that no other boot shop could sort out, these guys sorted it out overnight and for a decent price. And if it's still not fixed all follow-ups aren't charged.

They will keep working to make sure that your boot fits as best it can. Great service.
