Absolutely loved our experience purchasing a custom bouquet for my engagement ceremony and handing the bouquet to my fiancé. It was thoughtfully prepared, well instructed on how to make sure it looked fresh and the attention to detail was beautiful. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and they didn't show up the day of. When I called, they said that the online orders weren't going through but offered to send them out that day instead. I was a little put out because they had obviously still gotten my money, so I'm not sure how the order didn't go through. That being said, the flowers showed up absolutely gorgeous, honestly better than the pictures when they did arrive, and they included an apology note.
Most amazing, kind, and patient service. Being the irresponsible teenager I am, I ordered a corsage on the day of my prom, but they delivered with greater efficiency and quality than expected! Genuinely gorgeous work at a good price.
My daughter was sick today on her birthday and we were forced to cancel all off her 23rd. Birthday plans......there were lots of tears and a lot disappointment. I decided to at least try and cheer her up and sent flowers. The flowers were by far the most beautiful amazing flowers i have ever sent or received. Albsolutely Gorgeous!!! AMAZING JOB by both florists! Walked in to the shop at 5PM yesterday with a BIG order and by 8PM, the MOST beautiful and BIGGEST arrangement I have ever seen was handed to me. Not only did they pull it off, but they also took the extra time and care to ensure my arrangement was properly supported inside of the vehicle! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! What a great first time experience I had with The Botany Shop! I ordered an orchid for delivery for SSF. I asked if she could send me a pic of it before it was sent! Wow...fantastic flowers and service. I ordered flowers over the phone from Australia to be delivered for my daughter's birthday where she lives in San Francisco and couldn't be happier, the bunch is huge. I had no idea what to expect particularly with flowers in short supply during the pandemic, but these were amazing and great value for the money spent. I ordered flowers weeks in advance for a Valentines Day delivery at work. The flowers never showed up during work hours so the recipient didn’t get them until 4 days later. Then when actually received, the flowers, vase, and decoration looked nothing like what I ordered. They acknowledge when demand is high slight substitutions may occur. This didn’t come close.
