The Brace Place

All I can say is WOW from the time you walk in the door to being greeted by staff, meeting the doc, and leaving after appointment everything was such a pleasure. I had a really bad experience at another dentistry and The Brace Place made my first visit PERFECT!! Can’t wait to move forward with finally getting my sons braces right.

I was vacationing with my family in Naples when my daughters appliance came loose. It was somewhat of an emergency. I called one place who had never used the appliance, another who wanted to charge me $250 just to see the doctor with no guarantee of repair and finally Brace place. They were very friendly and saw her right away for free!! They saved our vacation. Nice to know good people still exist. The techs were great and the doctor was amazing!

Absolute top pick if you're considering getting braces for yourself or your child. The place is very clean and everything is super organized, Dr. Albert and the staff are spectacular and make you feel comfortable every step of the way.

I was to start Invisalign Treatment which The Brace Place but could not begin because I move due to family obligations. I had put down $522 in January to start the treatment in February. I ended up having to move the weekend after I paid the deposit. I paid on January 12, called on January 17 to inform the office that I was no longer able to go through with the treatment due to moving out of state. I attempted to get my $522 and was told that they would not refund it because they would keep it since they removed my braces. Then added additional cost when they also billed my insurance. It is disheartening to know that due to certain change of events The Brace Place would keep my money and now make up additional chargers because I have been disputing the turn of events. When I called to speak to the manager she said she could refund the insurance then bill me. You already billed the insurance and got paid months later they are coming to me for more money for full patient records including photos, x-ryas and scans, removal of all braces /appliances for a total of $1000.00. All because I moved 10 hrs away and not able to start the treatment.

Brace Place is the best place for dental services. People who work there would do what they can to help you and prices are accesible comparing to other places. Front desk girls are very professional and Denise is so kind she took her time to help me to qualify and get my braces the same day. Diane who is the coordinator is wonderful and extremely caring. I got my appointment the same day I walked in and my braces same day as well. The doctor is wonderful as well. I got the best experience at good price out of pocket. Thanks a lot Brace Place Family and Dr. Albert the best .

I just got my teeth straightening trays today. My orthodontist has been warm friendly and helpful from the very start when I first came in to inquire about it! When I was sorting out payment Denise helped me sort out my insurance, even though I wasn’t sure it would pay due to a few reasons, she helped me submit things to insurance anyways. She really put in the effort to help and that has made a huge difference for me. Overall pleased, and I’m leaving feeling hopeful about my improved smile!

I find it very frustrating that I paid thousands of dollars for braces and the one time my daughter has a broken piece they want to charge me over $100 because it is a lower set retainer and it was set over a year ago.

I cannot say enough great and positive experiences and complements to Brace Place. So accommodating, quick to reply, passionate and just all around a great experience. Watching my progress and have a great team by my side is a true blessing. Thank you Brace Place.

My two children have been patients at the brace place for two and a half years. I have been happy with the staff, timing, and care. My kids love the staff and get excited about going to the office. When you choose an orthodontist you will be visiting often to complete treatment. You want this office to be timely and your appointment at completed on time and the staff to be kind. My kids feel like they are family. So I recommend the brace place and I know you won't be disappointed.
