His willingness to price match was also greatly appreciated. It made the stress of replacing a major appliance a pleasant experience. The Brick in Amherst is now my top spot for appliance and furniture shopping! Thanks again!

In the past 6 months we have purchased a new sofa and chair Belmont and new recliner. The recliner did not work for me. The Brick staff were absolutely amazing in fixing this problem. They worked with me to find the right recliner and an exchange was made. Shortly thereafter I needed to replace our fridge and once again we received top notch service. The new fridge is amazing. Our service there has be outstanding. We are so happy with the service that we purchased a new bedroom set for our spare room today. We cannot be any happier. Their staff rock!!! We will be back!!!

service in the store was great. service on the outside very very poor as far as paying for delivery and taking the day off work and NO SHOW. Called rebooked but wont work with you on a date and now waiting two weeks to get the stuff we bought If they don't cancel again. They seem to be ok with being paid but no follow up on delivery POOR at its best Just a up date we canceled and got a refund on our order and went else where

We want to thank Amherst Brick for helping us with our new washer and dryer. Unfortunately, the washer was damaged so they were right on it to get it replaced. Thank you to Bruce Milner for all his help. Can't wait to get our kitchen appliances and do another review :-

Walked in looking for a couch not having an expectancy to buy today .when me and my husband walked in we were greeted by Blaine he was fantastic to deal with and very knowledgeable about the product we walked out with a couch for our needs and delivery time in 1 week can't ask for better than that

I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with the brick. Between 3-4 tvs, couch and love seat, end tables, stands, my headboard… everything. Forever grateful for the helpful staff who make the process easy and painless. Has been my go-to store for every home upgrade. Washer and dryer are next.

I’ve shopped at The Brick Amherst since it first opened. I have always received top notch service at this store, including help finding the perfect piece of furniture and the best appliances every time. The staff are friendly, caring, and knowledgeable and the quality of furniture and appliances that I have purchased has always been great, with good value for money. I definitely recommend The Brick Amherst for all of your home needs.

Great service, Blaine was very patient, explained everything that we asked about. Made the transaction  quite easy. Will definitely shop at the Brick again.

All our furniture was bought at the Brick and our appliances. The service inside the Brick store, the staff are incredibly outstanding to perfection. Treated like family ad they listen to your needs. We saved a ton of money on all of our purchases. Our leather furniture is excellent quality and priced well. Our dinning room set is beautiful and well built, glad we made that purchase and saved over 4000 or more. Better to buy at the Brick. Perfect financing also. Easy payments to your lifestyles and budget. Thank you The Brick Amherst.

Moncton was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Called Amherst and they were always very happy to take my call and spent a lot of time on the phone with me trying to make me find what I needed without pressuring me. I will never go back to Moncton. Amherst will always be my go too. Only giving 4 stars as I have not received the furniture yet and don't know how delivery and product will be.
