Our Frigidaire oven died and needed replacement. Came in to speak with Jay Mohns sales on Tuesday afternoon, returned back Tuesday evening for pickup with my trailer. Jay was super helpful working out a fast deal for me, at a great price, and had my new LG home same evening from the floor. Upon returning home, there was a mixup with the bill. Returned Wednesday morning when they opened, and Jay was able to work it out with his manager Nicole Nicky?. Super happy with their efforts to work with me and the stove looks great. Can’t speak to the stoves quality after only one day. Overall, really happy with the customer service provided at the Brick in Pembroke. Nicole was wonderful to work with and I’ll definitely be asking for Jay when I need to get a new appliance or something in the future. I was super impressed with his honesty and how he didn’t push me into anything I wasn’t interested in. He was upfront through the whole experience and made me feel appreciated as a customer.
Husband and I went in to purchase our new couch and we were very happy with our experience. Jay was very helpful and our purchase was quick. He was great at finding solutions and we are happy to have such a great company in our town. We have bought here before and will continue to come back as needed.
Purchased a beautiful dining room table and chairs from the brick Pembroke! Cynthia the sales rep was more than helpful. She was very patient and kind as we decided what we wanted. Great experience even better sales rep!
This past week, after 20+ yrs, our washer kicked the bucket. I called the Pembroke store on Saturday afternoon and spoke with Patti. She immediately checked what she had in stock available. I had 3 options and Patti gave her recommendations which helped with our decision. The price was amazing and within 24hrs we had a brand new washer and dryer delivered to our house. We bought the appliances on Sunday. These machines are exactly what we needed. Thank you Patti and your amazing staff for helping us out!! Highly recommend The Brick Pembroke
My husband and I just got home from shopping at the Brick and I had to take a moment to leave a review. It’s not our first time shopping at this location and we always receive great service however today we were assisted by Nicole B. and she was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the products and extremely friendly, I will recommend the Brick in Pembroke to my friends and family. Thank you Nicole for the most wonderful experience.
Bought a cheap smart TV for my kids room, only to find out it can't be updated because it is an outdated model thus making many of the "smart" features unusable. Ask to return and although they took it back, was only given store credit, not a refund. Unfortunate, but some places have this policy. My other experiences are ordering things that are "in the warehouse" only to be continually told "next week" "in the next few days", sometimes leading to weeks of waiting for items that are apparently readily available. If you need anything quickly, this isn't the place. If you can wait a bit, their deals are good.
We stopped by The Brick in Pembroke to check out the Tent Sale we had driven by on the highway. We started chatting with Crystal who was super friendly and really easy to talk to. Some sales staff are too intense but Crystal was perfect in that she was very knowledgeable, gave great advice about different appliances, and gave my husband and I plenty of time to think about the different options that would work best for us. We bought a washer, dryer, and oven and took advantage of a combined delivery fee as well as the extended warranties available through the store. Crystal was polite, professional, and personable, and we would highly recommend her to shoppers looking for a stress free experience.
Had a great experience shopping for my daughters new bed. My sales consultant Jay was very helpful, professional and kind. Definitely will be returning to to do some more shopping for my home soon.
I had a great experience at The Brick. Me and my spouse are both Military and needed to buy 5 appliances for our home, and we also had our daughter 6 years old with us, of course finding all the appliances required takes time and anyone with kids knows that it's probably not the most entertaining to them, but our sales consultant was fantastic Chris Pearson he provided an activity book and a colouring page to keep her occupied while going above and beyond to get us the best deal on our purchase. I am thankful for the friendly service I received at The Brick. Also the sales were great and hopefully the products arrive on time for delivery, but another thing is our consultant said he would keep a watchful eye out for us if the delivery didn't look like it would line up and contact us to reselect if required.
We just moved here from Kitchener and we needed some pieces for our home. Crystal with the red glasses helped us immensely. We were short on time and she answered every question and made us feel very taken care of. Thank you for relieving some of our stress from making such a big move from the city. We will be back!
