I rarely ever write reviews about establishments but I had such a pleasant experience on Thursday. I talked to the nicest customer service rep . I believe his name was Lucas. He was so helpful and nice. My beautiful wife and I had some questions about a sectional that we were looking to get. He was so knowledgeable and gave us all the information we needed to know. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of furniture
Had a great experience purchasing my new fridge. I called Mary as I already knew the model we wanted, and was happy with the price. Everything was completed in 10 minutes over the phone and they were able to deliver it at the end of the week. Just received delivery, the guys were here for less than 10 minutes and were extremely professional. Would 100% purchase from the Brick again.
The Brick is really lucky to have such a great saleswoman, Kim. I have always loved going into the Brick, with the friendly staff and great inventory. On my last visit, I was supported by Kim who was extremely knowledgeable, kind and cheerful. I was incredibly grateful that Kim helped me and took the time to listen to what I needed and match me with the best product. It can be scary making a big purchase, but she never made me feel pressured once. Kim cares about her clients and wants to ensure everyone has a great experience. I will definitely be going back to Kim for all my future furniture and appliance needs.
Bought a new Fridge and Range. Purchase went smoothly. Staff were pleasant we received our items in a timely manner and we felt that what we paid for both items was a great price. The delivery Team that brought our items were pleasant and worked efficiently. They were very accommodating. We would shop there again.
We have been shopping at this Brick location for a year since we moved here. Our house has improved greatly thanks to them. I just recently bought a floor and table lamp matching and we had the lamp in a couple days. We try going to other places like Leon’s, but the quality of the furniture is just better at the Brick. We always end up coming back.
What a great experience. The sales team at the brick are amazing. We had the privilege of working with Paul W on our purchase today. He made the experience fun, educational and easy. Giving us a lot of options, and reasons why you would buy one or the other. The team around Paul should not be forgotten. They were also a joy to work with, helpful and very nice. If you want a true costumer experience get out and see this great team and ask for Paul. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again.
Our new build is almost complete so I went in to look at some furniture and appliances. I will definitely being back here when I’m ready to make some purchases. The sales staff are so knowledgeable and customer service cannot be beat. There’s some delays on certain products but I guess the pandemic is to blame for that. My entire experience with the Brick was great and I would definitely recommend purchasing anything to furnish your home through them. I certainly will be!
When we bought our fridge, stove, dishwasher and sofa, we purchased the warranty. No problems with any of our purchases and therefore got to use the warranty money toward a beautiful bedroom suit today. What a great deal! Love this store. Wouldn't shop anywhere else!!
I just had the perfect delivery experience today. Jimmy and Dave were amazing and really took their time to ensure they didn’t damage my sectional or anything in the home. They were polite and courteous; great with my dog too. I didn’t need them to unwrap the different components or set it up, but they weren’t afraid to insist on doing it for me. I really can’t complain about anything regarding my purchase or the delivery service I happily paid for. Well worth the money and I certainly won’t shy away from getting my future purchases delivered after this! Easy 5/5 review. Great job to the team at The Brick in Peterborough!
We had been looking for a recliner love set. We had many dealing with Amy . She spent time didn't rush us and she found a great deal. I would deal with her at any time. So if you want someone who is friendly and very knowledgeable .she is the one to deal with
