The Brick is truly a place to come together, be active, learn new things, and "Build Yourself Strong".
The Brick is an awesome new facility at 20 Airport Plaza (on Airport Road next to the Fuel Pro) on St. Simons Island, GA that will house Golden Isles Martial Arts Academy (Tae Kwon Do, Kali, Kung Fu, Tai Chi), Brick Fitness (adult group fitness program), The Treehouse (kids programming offering after school, day camps, summer camps), and so much more!!!! We'll hold awesome workshops, classes and self-defense seminars open to the public. We'll soon bring you group fitness for kids.
The Brick is almost 8,000 square feet of pure awesome-ness. We'll have four workout spaces: our almost 1200 square foot dojo space, two group fitness rooms, and an MMA caged heavy bag room, using all Zebra equipment, the best in the industry. We'll offer men's and women's locker rooms with changing areas and showers. We have a comfortable parent seating area, relaxing front porch, children's programming room, plenty of parking, and most importantly - OUR OUTSIDE TREEHOUSE PLAY AREA!
The Brick's martial arts and group fitness instructors are the best in the area, and we have an impressive schedule of classes - there will truly be something for everyone!
