Hours of Operation:
NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED - walk in only...
Saturdays only - 10am to 2pm (execpt holiday weekends)
Volunteer doctors and nurses are there to give free basic health care... and referrals for more intensive care if possible.
We will provide free limited medical care to adults who have immediate medical needs but no insurance and are not recieving any aid (Public, Medicare,Mediaid etc..)
Located one block behind the Coronado Theatre, downtown Rockford in the Second Congregational Church.
