The Bridge is a True Local's Bar as they come. It's small, but welcoming- a place where everyone knows your name!
The Bridge was purchased by the Cladakis family in 2003 and has been operated by the family since. The family patriarch, Bill Cladakis - known affectionately as Mr. Bill - passed away in 2015, leaving the bar under the operation of his children, who recently worked with Taffer and company to carry on the legacy of their father. A little place that the Cladakis family can continue to be proud of. Please stop by and see us!
The Bar Rescue makeover came with a list of specialty cocktails named after members of the family that has owned the bar for more than a decade, and themed after Tarpon Springs' Greek heritage.
Mom Harriet has an ouzo-and Peychaud's twist on the screwdriver, while daughter Crissy has a refreshing, gin and cucumber number bearing her name. Other daughter Anna has an ouzo-tinged take on the Long Island to her name, while fiancee John Daly - the pro golfer, as it turns out - even has a drink on the menu, featuring his own brand of flavored vodka. Son Manny is the inspiration for the Doctor's Orders, a tiki-styled drink made with exotic Falernum syrup, and the late Mr. Bill has a fantastic, cocoa-coffee-hazelnut dessert shot named after him.
