I stayed here years ago - looks like they still haven’t changed the filthy carpets or done anything to the interior. Stay away - free unsecured wifi where my account was broken into. Also, church next door attracts homeless. The entire time I was wishing I booked the hotel across the street.Rooms: 2/5
Perfect for my needs as a solo traveler! Location is everything here, rooms are small and that is just fine. A bit dated, but again, for the price impossible to come close to this in Manhattan. Free coffee and continental breakfast items, interior room was quiet and dark!! Friendly staff, safe, would absolutely stay again.
We've been hosted for one week in the Summer of 2022. Clean and comfortable rooms and toilet. Breakfast is simple, but effective. All of the staff is smart and helpful, always offering their help and advice. And the best of all: the hotel is 2 minutes near Times Square... Definitely, if I repeat my visit to New York, I'll make my best to stay in this excellent place...
Perfect location...2 minute walk from Times Square. Double queen room was small, a bit dated and the carpet needed a good clean but the room has everything you need for a decent stay at a very reasonable price for the location. The beds are comfortable and AC worked perfectly for the 30+ celsius weather; the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast was available but we didn't partake as we had a very full schedule. Good value for money especially if you are spending very little time in your room.
Excellent location right near Times Square, check in process was easy & hassle free, staff very friendly, rooms comfortable at an affordable rate. Perfect for someone not spending too much time in their room. Bed was very comfortable & shower had excellent pressure. No fridge in the room but no problem there. Coffee making facilities in room & downstairs. Breakfast was a bonus, bit of a grab & go set up, but at least something to start your day.
This is an extremely old hotel and its age shows. The rooms smell, carpets are old and stained, showers need deep cleaning and replacement URGENTLY. The staff was great and helped us, but they can no longer remedy the issues of the hotel itself. Now, when you consider the price of over 250 USD per night, you get a pretty pity picture. To the hotel management - It's probably the time to start investing into your property...
Great place to stay. Has all the essentials: bed & bath. A price that can't be beat. Ideal for people looking to be exploring the city all day and only needing a place to sleep. Would love to stay here again! Rooms: Small but perfect for up to 4 people. Nearby activities: In the heart of Times Square and nyc! Safety: Felt safe the whole time Walkability: Perfectly walkable Food & drinks: Great restaurants nearby and throughout the city.
DO NOT STAY HERE. It’s not often I leave negative reviews, but the lack of professionalism along with customer service warrants a review. The hotel 46 canceled my reservation less than 48 hours before I flew across the country and did not inform me at all. When I called to see why my reservation was canceled, the only news they had was to tell me that my stay was changed to another hotel down the street. I attempted to clarify and get additional details because I hadn’t received any email confirming this and staff were unable to assist. Never have experience such an awful and unprofessional experience from a hotel establishment. Will not and recommend do not stay here due to the unknown and lack of professionalism.
My stay here was amazing when I first arrived someone met me outside to get my bags. I was really early but they had storage for me to leave my bags and go enjoy the day. Ivonne who checked me in was AMAZING. she upgraded my room and allowed me to come back and check in early. And my check out with Prinkle was awesome and smooth as well. The hotel was literally 1 min away from time square . Rooms a little small but very clean. I would definitely recommend if you’re not a difficult person looking for many amenities.
The shower and bedroom were dirty, the towels didn’t seem washed, had a lot of black lint on it. The showerhead was completely covered in mold and black, was terrified to use the shower head. The TV did not work, the screen was grainy and kept flickering.. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I am very upset that this hotel was rated as a three star, it felt like we were staying at a motel, and not a hotel. This hotel is nowhere near the $400 a night price tag. I would stay away and find some other place. The rooms you see in the picture are nothing like the rooms to get.
