We had the most amazing time at Brooklyn Zoo for our 7 yr old’s birthday today! The coaches, Frances & Ian, were incredible at instructing and making it super fun for the kids! Our party host set everything up beautifully and made it a breeze from start to finish. Everyone absolutely loved it.
My kids love this place but the drop in rate is super expensive and they don’t offer sibling discount. I use to get the package for one month now they changed it for 3 weeks. Will have to wait until they change it back to continue taking my kids but overall this place is amazing and the instructors are awesome also love their merchandising.
Great party staff was awesome they led kids through structured activities. Everyone had a blast and Orlando was awesme about setting everything up for the party. Last 15 minutes adults were invited in on the action and most of them participated. Its hands down one of the best parties we have had for our kids in a while.
Awesome place for a kids or even adult party with great staff that was super attentive and made sure everything ran smooth!!! Trampolines, parkour, foam pit and more.. def recommend!
Usually frequent here for practice with friends during open gym. Front desk staff is always amazing, place is always clean. If you’re someone ,or have kids, that love gymnastics, parkour, calisthenics, martial arts, and overall fun, this is a great place to go. There are classes that you can take to introduce you and the family to the facility and the instructors are amazing, talented individuals. So glad I chose to go here.
When the weather dips into the teens and your little ones have tons of energy to release, the Brooklyn Zoo is a great place to let them release their inner animals. I signed my 7-year-old nephew up for the Parkour Basics class. He had a great time learning how to properly run and jump in the different indoor obstacle courses on the 2nd floor. Next, he took the Ninja Training class on the 1st floor, which is great for kids into the American Ninja Warrior shows. In both classes, the kids are taught to stretch and warm up before beginning their training, and they are given a water break in the middle of the class. Each class is an hour long and led by instructors who focus the children's energies by having them do specific stunts. When asked, my nephew said he preferred the Ninja Training class more because the stunts were more fun. Each class is $25, but you can purchase a 10-pack for $180. It's best to create an account on their website first, sign up for the classes you want to take, then just check in at the front desk to see where the class is held. Classes are available for any age group, including adults. And like with any type of physical activity, care must be taken to avoid injuries, so instructors should be followed or consulted before attempting the stunts.
This is the most amazing space!! All you can dream to practice acrobatics, parkour, tricking, trampoline, calisthenics, silks, gymnastics, handstands and more. Instructors are very talented and professional. Great environment.
Brooklyn Zoo is a super cool unique place to practice everything from gymnastics to dance to parkour to trampoline and more. The space has a cool unique aesthetic which feels like it’s channeling the industrial Brooklyn neighborhood surrounding it. They have a few tables for working or hanging out if you want to spend the day there and also get some practice in. It can be a little intimidating for a first timer but the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Their policy of requiring a class before access to open gym is great because they give you broad instruction on all the pads and equipment as well as communicating a safety first policy.
Tried my first class here and absolutely loved it. I wasn’t in my top shape when I went and they still made it an enjoyable experience with challenges that are attainable. Although, I would highly suggest you have a baseline level of fitness but before attempting to get through the course successfully. They have a range for adults and kids and open gym sessions for people who want to practice on their own.
