The Butcher's Choice of Nevada, Inc

Bought two of their boxes about 5 months ago. One of steaks and one fish. Been slowly working on them, and they've lasted and done well. One of the boxes I had was freezer burn, because the vacuum seal pack broke and I noticed recently. Gave them a call, and they promptly got back to me, scheduled a time where they could drive out to swap out the freezer burned goods for fresh meats, and made it happen. Quick and respectable, they kept their word.

The name on the business card says Scotty Wall so I am going to assume that is the name of the delivery driver that stopped at my house. First, he knocked on the door when I have a NO SOLICITING sign right next to the door. I opened the door and he started his sales pitch. I let him know that no matter what, I couldn't afford anything he was selling right now but if he had a card, I would consider this later. He went back to his truck and started back with a large box on his shoulder. Again I repeated what I had just told him and his response was "I just want to show you what we have." Really!! What part of no does this guy not understand? Judging by a lot of other comments here, these guys seem to be in the business of putting pressure on you until you buy something! Not going to happen with me!!

Meat is okay but waaay overpriced. Steaks cut at uneven thicknesses which makes cooking the perfect doneness impossible. Some meat was tough. Hamburger was good. You can get just as good or better meat at Safeway for a much more reasonable price. Will not buy from them again

The Butchers Choice representative Lindsey came to our residence and showed us all of the different cuts of meat and fish.Lindsey was very professional and took time explaining the different products. We barbecued the rib steaks and they were excellent...Thank you. We will be repeat customer's

The audacity of these people to trespass into your property to advertise. They showed up to our driveway, went to the side door where my daughter at and attempted to sell their product to her. Why not come to the front door and ask if we’re interested? I saw them on the cameras just driving around the streets here in Las Vegas advertising. Not a smart plan to drive into someone’s drive way.

Apparently, the guy had a delivery reschedule with one of my neighbors, and tried to sell to me. I asked for a card and he said he had a brochure. "Great! I'll take a brochure!" "You sure you don't want a steak? It tastes better than a brochure!" "... Just the brochure, thanks." He left and never returned. Do you always let your drivers make bad business decisions? That was not only the worst sales pitch ever, but it seemed very shady. He never brought my brochure. And honestly? Investing in a potential customer's time with a brochure is way more cost effective in the long run than with an immediate sale. If I ever had plans to buy meat from you before that, they're gone. Because this seems like a common business practice for him. If he hadn't made that horrid joke, and actually showed initiative to bring me that brochure, he might've won a customer. Instead, he lost my business.

We loved our meats from Butchers Choice. The Steaks were great, all different cuts and Individually wrapped which is awesome. the Chicken was also great. Garlic Herb chicken breasts and regular ones. single wrapped also. Would highly recommend

Great customer service, our sales person was great and didn’t try to push me to buy more. I bought the beef pack, pork pack, and shell fish pack. My whole family is excited to have a surf and turf dinner. We’ve tried purchasing Lobster tails from other places and they are usually tiny. The lobster tails we got in the shell fish pack are huge. I’m very happy with my order and will order again soon.

Quality meat at a fair price! I’ve bought from them a few times to stock my freezer. The customer service is excellent, not to mention how easy and convenient it is to have it delivered right to your door and packaged so accessibly! I would definitely recommend them to family and friends and will buy again!
