We start by baking all of our products: fillings, frostings and other baked goods from scratch, using high fat European butters, organic eggs, non-pasteurized creams and buttermilk's, all fresh from a local dairy farm. Add that to our use of only the best chocolates including Valhrona and Callebaut along with the highest quality extracts and freshly grated zests, and you'll see what we love about cake so much!
Next, we create unique and creative flavor profiles that are anything but ordinary, and are guaranteed to impress even the most discriminating palate. One bite, and you'll immediately notice how a exquisite a cake can and should taste. For us, fresh is best. There is no other way. Because of this, we strictly limit the number of cakes we accept each weekend to ensure we are able to focus on maintaining our high quality standards.
