Everyone was very friendly and professional. I really like Dr Campbell. She was thorough, patient, great listener, and her professionalism was exceptional. The dental assistant had a calming, sweet, and professional personality as well. My teeth felt great after the cleaning. I was actually a new patient and when I made my appointment, it was originally for another month or two but received a call working 24 hrs to offer a much sooner appointment. I definitely would recommend this dental/orthopedic practice.
I love this dental office soo much that I refer friends and family. The 1st day my Mom went was her 70th birthday. When she got out of the chair and came into reception they had flowers and a gift waiting. Above and Beyond! That is what you can expect from this clinic. They actually love the work they do and are great at it. After I moved out of Atlanta I always fly back for dental appointments. It's difficult to find the combination of expertise and friendly staff. Great work Campbell Group- you all are the best!!!! You deserve 100 stars!!
Very friendly and professional, but told me that I needed extensive/expensive work done on my first visit and refused to clean my teeth until I agreed to that work being done, which was annoying and felt like a waste of my time, which was surprising given my previous dental history. Sure enough, I went for a second opinion and the recommended procedures were entirely unnecessary.
Just want to say my experience was great and I felt comfortable through the whole process . Was able to figure out all of my issues and I definitely will be back. Never felt so comfortable in a dental environment in my life !! Thank you !
Very kind, but tried to put me on a payment plan for a cleaning? I have a free cleaning with my insurance and they wouldn't do it. I went to another doctor and got my cleaning. I will never come back to this place..they are overcharging big time.
Great service and communication in between appointments. Staff is welcoming and knowledgeable in providing helpful tips for oral hygiene and preventative dental care.
I was Referred by one of my co worker as i was having a bad tooth ache. My normal dentist was 3 months backed up so i needed to see a dentist immediately. I was able to get an appointment right away. The facility is extremely clean and everyone is so friendly . My problem was taken care of in a timely manner. Couldn't have asked for anything else. I would highly recommend.
I have been going to The Campbell Dental Group now for about a year. I was referred by a friend. They are amazing. I live in Gwinnett County but travel because of the stellar service The Campbells provide. My son has braces so it's nice to have a one-stop-shop for our oral care. They are extremely attentive and truly care about their patients. They also reserve a Saturday out of the month for appointments. Not many dentists do that.
Nice staff and pleasant office atmosphere. I was a big fan of Chris who was my original dental hygienist that always brought the positive vibes…and now his sister Deja equally matches the same positive & professional disposition. She’s a thorough dental hygienist and her assistant made for a great team during my visit, courteous & prompt. Of course, Dr. Campbell always does a great job as the consummate professional she is. Highly recommend.
If I could give 10 stars I would. We have been using The Campbell Dental Group for over 10 years now. They have taken great care of our smiles and treated us like family along the way. If you are looking for quality dentistry this is place to go.
