The Car Wash at Sunny Hills

What a joke! Told me they can get the guitar out of my paint with clay bar treatment. They say they’ve seen this before. They say not a problem. But they could not deliver. I paid for their best detail service. They charge $220. I wouldn’t have paid $100 for what they did. I will never go there again! save yourself the trip find another place!!Services: Scratch removal

I went there at 10:30 am and asked for their hand wash . I was told $35.00 and when they rang it up it was $40.00 . At 11:15am my car was still at the vacuum area where I left it and it had not been swept out. I went in the office and asked when and if they planned to wash it . They finally started washing it at 11:45am and were finished at 12:15pm . I went home and when I arrived the car had water runs all over it,it was the worst car wash I have ever had and the longest time I have spent in a car wash without having extra services like detailing.I will never use this car wash again and I advise anyone else in the area against it. There was not so much of an apology!

I took my car here last Friday for a hand wash. After the guy was done with my car I pointed out to him the water that was dripping and asked him to wipe it dry.This was my first time. Went home and notice some water spots inside of the doors. I noticed on the following morning there was a dent and scratch on the passenger door. This is a new car. I had came straight home from the car wash and parked my car in my parking space. So, I am positive that they damaged my door. I read another review,where the same thing happened to another customer on her new car. I also noticed that the inside did not look like it was wiped down. I will not be returning to this place. If you want something done right ,you have to do it yourself

I had been going to this car wash for years and when I went for a detail yesterday, once they finished I saw that my cup holders still had stuff smeared in them and my trunk still had tons of dirt in its carpet. When I asked for them to clean those portions again, I was told to “come back tomorrow” and that they “were closed” after they had just taken my car out of the port and I checked it while I was still there. I did not get it cleaned until I finally demanded to speak to someone else and then the workers decided to clean it. HORRIBLE experience and I’m extremely disappointed. Also, the workers thought I didn’t speak Spanish and were making smart comments the entire time they were cleaning it the second time. Unsure if I want to come back. After years of coming here for my cars, I might consider elsewhere.Services: Auto detailing

I am not normally complainer but, I’ve should write a review for other people. this place is the worst car wash ever! I paid 30 dollars for platinum wash and I don’t know what they have done for my car… I would not recommend this place I won’t go this place again

Nice spot. However the wash done on my car was poor. Usually I wouldn't care so much, but this time I was talked into the highest priced wash. I paid an extra $20 for a hand wash. I expected a treat. I couldn't wait to sit in my clean car. I was left with an exterior that had spots that weren't removed and an interior that was not wiped down much less detailed. They didn't even add the air freshener they offered! I am unsatisfied with my visit.

I've had my car washed and detailed at this place before with no issue. Today I go in and get a platinum wash only to get the car back with dirt still left all over and two small dents in the passenger door. Detail manager claimed that the dents were "too small to be from us" and that the car was too dirty when I brought it in for them to get it clean. They offered to wash it again and I get the car back for the second time still dirty. It's a shame that their service has fallen off like this. This place IS a hit or miss, I typically opt for getting the most expensive wash which is about 30$ and I’ve been going most Sunday’s or every other Sunday for almost a year. So I definitely frequent here a lot. I really like that they hand dry the car and vacuum for me every single time. Although there are instances where they forget to dry off some of the additives left on the car. Or they re-use some of the towels on the ext. on the int. so it leaves water marks on the windows and center consoles. I’d give this place a 75% “success rate“ but it all comes down to the person drying off your car.

After paying almost $30 for the platinum service, I still have trashes in my car. I would not recommend this place.

Reasonably fast, did a good job, and the waiting area though outside is quite comfortable even on a hot day. $25 for the platinum wash
