The Carousel is a family owned and operated business which was established in 1977. We are proud to say that there are 3 generations active in the daily operations of the store. The Carousel was originally opened as a children’s specialty boutique. Doubling our retail space by 1980, we began selling school uniforms.
The Carousel moved from our original location at Village Square Shopping Center to the Festival at Waldorf in 1989. In more recent years, we have expanded our product market to include embroidered and silk screened custom garments.
Through our constant expansion over the years, The Carousel has followed our mission statement, “Excellent Quality with Personalized Service.” We would like to thank each individual and organization who has made our existence possible. We truly value each and every relationship we have developed.
