The worst car wash ever! I paid $40 for a quality hand wash including mats. When I hot to the car the mats were dirty, the doors inside hadn’t been wiped, the cup holders were full of water, the dash was still dirty. I asked the boss about it, but he kept telling me that I didn’t pay for the “shiny” package. This place is terrible and I will not be back.
We run about 30 cars and trucks through this car wash every month and the result and service is great. One constructive criticism would be that they need to fix the blow dryers as you exit the wash. The Blower's on the right side are missing or not working and that side of the vehicle is not dried properly. Other than that one issue the service is great.
I got the $9 wash. They did a nice job with my car. After going through the car wash they took the time to finish it off. They seemed friendly enough. I asked if they could clean the inside of my windshield and they did it as a courtesy.
Just got done here and I will probably never go back. I paid $40 to get my seats cleaned and they didn't even do it! The worker said "you said carpet". No I did not. There's garldy any carpet in my car because it's so small. I am selling my car and needed the seats cleaned, which I mentioned when I first got there. He even asked how much I was selling it for. Anyways I asked if they could clean the seats because that's what I wanted in the first place. They said well if you pay another $20. I decided that I'd go else where , where what I asked would get done. I would have said if I didn't say seats, but I did. I know I did. That's the main reason I took it there. They need to learn to own up to their mistakes and fix the issue. They we're great up until this point and now they have lost a loyal customer!!
Great Car Wash but I am extremely disappointed that both of their locations, which were family owned and operated, have now been sold. We bought a ton and I mean a ton a prepaid car washes, just to be told that the new ownership will not honor these exclamation point I felt that we should have been told this when we purchased all of these prepaid car washes just a month before then you ownership took over. Come on, then you well in advance! I feel a bit duped. Although, they do a great job at this car wash, I found this to be incredibly annoying, as I wasted a lot of money! The lesson here? Do not buy car washes in advance no matter how much the discount! But if you are willing to pay for each Car Wash as you go, it's a great place!
Still I see hairs and durt on the seats
Used to be able count on them doing a good job inside & out. Today was a disappointment. Paid for the top car wash & inside was not vacuumed well nor was the inside wiped down very well. Getting 2 stars for responding nicely by trying to quickly correct these items but it should've been done right the first time.
I have been to many car washes and this one has done the best job every single time. I usually get the super interior clean, because it includes extra vacuuming and with two pups that shed a lot, I need it. When I get my car back it looks like I never had a puppy in my car.
The Carwasher is a great experience in a carwash every time. The hand wiping is worth the $9.99, and for $19.99 you get inside and out attention. For the $19.99 and up, one receives a coupon for 50% the same service withing a two-week window. This year they dropped the option of buying a 50% off coupon for all services for a year for about $53, which is the only reason I decremented to four stars instead of five. I go out of my way to patronize the Carwasher.
