Owner Bruce is great! Bruce provided a lot of advice and help through my relative's funeral need, include the detail process/steps,  funeral service, casket selection etc. I highly recommend Bruce and The Casket Outlet

The owner is named Bruce. The selection is quite varied and good quality.  The price range is 1100 to 4500. But most are in the lower range. Solid mahogany seems to be the most expensive.  The owner is very kind and decent.  Inventory is low right now because of trade and shipping issues with China. Seems like a worldwide issue with getting caskets to various countries. That being said, we got a fair deal and a fair price. Plus we had the luxury of seeing the casket in person which would not have been the case with online sites. He even demonstrated how to carry the casket and when our pallbearers would need to do so.  And he will remove the boxes and packaging at the funeral home which is a sticking point with funeral parlors.  We plan on inspecting the casket when it arrives at the funeral home to ensure it is defect free and arranged with him a time to meet. Bruce is very professional and experienced.

Overwhelmed with the efforts of Mr. Bruce in assisting me with an inquiry. I called inquiring a funeral pall, of which they do not sell, yet he was willing to offer me a free covering for the casket and share ideas on how to make it to meet my needs. I told him I would visit his location next day & thanked him again for his time. I later received a texted photo of the item he was willing to give me for free, however it didn't quite meet my needs. Mr. Bruce's customer service of going above and beyond in assisting me with the photo was something i wasn't expecting from a small inquiry yet he saved us time from having to wait the next day to view. I thanked Mr. Bruce for his time and his wonderful customer service and hung up with him. Half hour later, I received a call from Mr. Bruce sharing information of where I could find what I was looking for. I was taken in awe with his efforts. He didn't have to do that, especially the fact that I hadn't given him my business, yet he exceeded my expectations. Mr. Bruce, I will remember this day and of your kind service offered from an inquiry. I will definitely share my experience with the public and to my friends and family of your business and your immense customer service. Thank you Mr. Bruce!!!!

Great service with a wide range of beautiful caskets. The funeral service offered me caskets ranging from $3500-4900, while casket outlet was able to provide a range from $1200-4900. He also had it delivered to the funeral service free of charge within 48 hours.

Bruce is amazing!  Such a great selection to choose from & willing to accommodate or meet your needs.  Highly recommend this business.

I went to Casket Outlet only looking to buy one, but boy, the great selection made it so hard to decide that when I saw the rediculiously low doorbuster bargain prices...
