Complete and total disappointment. Failed to deliver on time or even remotely close to agreed upon time. What was delivered was nothing short of embarrassing. Ordered bouquet with red roses, pink carnations, pink vase - paid for the "premium" bouquet therefore anticipated a considerably fuller bouquet . Per their website, "A mix of carnations and roses in shades of red and light pink. Delivered in a glass vase accented with pink satin ribbon." What was delivered was an oversized clear vase, thinning white daisies, three immature red carnations - no flowering at at, two already wilting roses and some thinning sprigs of greenery. NOT REMOTELY close to the order - no call, no explanation, nothing. When I did call to inquired about my order received the excuse that they ran out of flowers - what kind of florist runs out of flowers on Valentines? Even so, CALL the customer and let them know before you deliver some sad bouquet of flowers well beyond the requested and agreed on delivery time. Not impressed, not satisfied, and thanks to this florist not a good day!

Good prices, great arrangements and the flowers lasted a long time after I bought them. Very happy with everything. Will go back again!
