100% do not come here. Came in for a cleaning, and they did a consultation instead and billed my insurance for the cleaning that didn’t happen. Told me I had a million cavities that another, more trusted/seasoned, dentist said I did not have even half of. When I mentioned that was way more than I could afford, they tried to sell me on a payment plan. On my paperwork, it had them removing two cavities that are indicated to be located on the top of my two metal root canal caps. One of which they wanted to extract and then do a cavity filling on later?? Please explain to me how you fill a cavity on a metal surface, let alone one that you’ve removed. I’d love to know. Absolutely tried to upsell me on work I didn’t need. Went over the codes with my insurance and they didn’t mark down what my insurance would have actually paid, which would have left me paying out of pocket more. I will not be returning, and you shouldn’t either.
I am not usually one to leave reviews for places but I have had such a terrible experience with this place and their very sketchy book-keeping! I went in for a cleaning in January 2022 and then my wisdom teeth removal in February 2022. Insurance ended up not covering most of it due to a mistake on the dentists end. Something about the licensing of the dentist and they assured me my bill would be written off. Over the next year, they would send me a bill every few months saying I owed them money, I would call and they would assure me it was written off. Well end of December 2022 comes and I get an email that my bill is overdue and is being sent to collections. I call AGAIN and this time, after a whole year of back and forth, they tell me nobody in the office ever recalls talking with me and there’s no reason my bill should be written off. Luckily I had a physical copy of a statement they sent me which stated a write off. The lady backtracked very fast and it got taken care of. Very shady and not worth the hassle!!
I took my son there and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked that we were able to get in very quickly as he is a new patient. Taking him back next week to have some work done, we’ll see how that goes...
I was quite nervous to see a dentist BUUT City Center Dental was such a comfortable & calming environment to be in. My appt went pretty easy. The DA was very reassuring & explained everything to me as she went from task to task making sure I understood what was going on. The Dentist herself was quite charming. I appreciate everyone at City Center Dental for the amazing experience. AND for Delta Dental, you need to get on the ball. Happy New Year Everyone.,!!!
The dentist, doctor, receptionist, and the whole staff there are absolutely wonderful! They always make me and my kids feel super welcomed in every time we go in! Best dentist ever!
I would love to give 0 stars, the clinic charges more money after you pay the value they said when starting the treatment. Conclusion I lost money and time and on top of that I felt that they hurt my teeth during the consultation. I do not recommend this store!
This is my second visit to this clinic. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Dr Travis Dixon does a thorough job of examining as well as talking through all options for treatment. Great team to be under the care of!
Great excellent staff go through steps what you need to do next really explainable very professional willing to listen to you and do job thoroughly slow and take your time I recommend does dental clinic at anyone
Got us in so fast for an emergency . The dentist was amazing ! She was kind and took the time to explain things without making us feel like we are dumb , she treated my 10 year old so good and had him calm the whole time . I was super impressed and would recommend her any day !
Dr. Dixon and his staff were very nice, thank you for the positive experience. I will definitely come back as a patient
