First time in a Cheesecake Factory, how have I lived in the States for nearly 12 years and never been to one. The food was really good, service was prompt, with no issues being seated without a wait, plenty of seating available at just around 1pm. We did feel we had to point out that someone needed to sweep the floors around a recently empty table beside us, just a slip in the chain and was taken care of quickly. The menu had plenty of choices for pretty much anyone's taste. Then there's the desserts of course, the chocolate one we chose between us was very good, my husband loves his chocolate and he wasn't disappointed.
My husband and I went to this Cheesecake Factory while we were on vacation. It was OK, we weren’t really thrilled with it, but it wasn’t too bad. We have one at home that we really like, but we’ve never ordered breakfast or off the brunch menu before and so this was a first time for us referencing this type of food. I got the California Omelette and I just really couldn’t finish it, I did not like the flavor profile of it at all. I did enjoy the potatoes. I ordered tomatoes and not potatoes, but was so glad when I got the potatoes after tasting the omelette. My husband got the Breakfast Burrito and he wasn’t too descriptive about it, he just said it was OK. I also got a flavored tea there, it seems like it was a tropical fruit flavor and I did not enjoy that either. I believe the waitress offered to do a refill, but I just politely said “No thank you.” I’m not sure if we’d eat here again, but if we did it would probably be for lunch or dinner.
The best cheesecake I have ever had!! And the food was pretty good too. I had fish tacos, which were excellent, and my wife had the meatloaf, also very good. This was our first visit and we were delighted with everything. The service was excellent and our waiter was very helpful and informative.Dine in: YesTakeout: YesCurbside pickup: Yes
I decided to order a cheeseburger and fries for lunch and a few pieces of cheesecake for the family. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was handed my cheesecake and was told that the burger was not done yet. So I waited. The food was brought to me and I left. When I got to my office. I put the cheesecake in the fridge and sat down to eat my lunch. As you can see I ordered my burger medium well. I took a bite and found that it was a little more pink then I like. I continued thinking it might be ok. So I took another bite and saw that it was rare as it could be in the inside. This is unacceptable. Not only because it isn’t what I wanted but because at the cheesecake you’re paying for the attention to detail. I haven’t been to this location in sometime as I live in a close by city and work in Lexington. I don’t know if I’ll be back for a cheeseburger. The cheesecake is always delicious.
Went for late night cheesecake and it was delicious. However, we had to wait a good bit for a seat in a half full restaurant at 930pm so we opted to take our treats to go. Place was very clean and everyone was pleasant.
I love The Cheesecake Factory, no matter which state the service is top notch and food is delicious. My fiancee and I are here because she has training for her new position, she never been to Cheesecake Factory and she wanted to give it try and she enjoyed it very much. Manny was our sever and he was great, made sure our drinks were top off and checked on us often to see if we needed anything else. Will definitely come back again since we are here for a week. The salmon lunch plate was delicious. I had mashed potatoes and broccoli for sides and let me tell you it was perfect. The salmon was cooked to perfection honestly. Probably the best I have ever tasted. It was so fresh and my broccoli was steamed perfectly with the crunch still. The potatoes was so very yummy. Also my waitress was awesome. I will definitely be coming back here soon.
I went to the only Cheesecake Factory in Lexington last night and my experience sucked. I ordered the pineapple mule, chicken sliders, and buffalo blast. I must say that I was very disappointed. The chicken sliders were very dry. The drink was too sweet and the Buffalo sliders were greasy and did not have too much meat in it. I forced myself to eat because I was so hungry but I pinched off a lot of crust that did not have meat in it. I will not return to the Cheesecake Factory. I’m surprised they’re still open. However, I will say the waitress was very nice. When I let the waitress know that I was unhappy with my drink, she told the manager whom removed the drink from the bill, however, it would have been nice if the manager would have came to the table to apologize so they could find out that the bread was hard and dry also. Instead the nice waiter did apologize. I guess it’s not her fault the chef sucked. It would be nice if management viewed the food before allowing it to touch the customers table.
I lost a whole front of my cheesecake. Removing the whipped cream, I found that I was missing the front of my cake. What a ripoff of $9! First and last time I will be going back. Thank you for responding and I am aware of the different size cheese cakes you have. Mine was the raspberry white chocolate cheese cake, but it had no raspberry on the cheese cake except for a little on the bottom. It was not worth the price I paid for it.
I order steak! I don’t taste my plate! I ordered my food to go! They gave me a minimum box! for my plate and it looks like garbage and not food! I spoke with the manager called Chris and he says that it is normal that they give you food! terrible service! The supposed manager, instead of resolving the situation, only affirmed that this is how it is
