Average food likely due to the massive menu and frustrating service had to ask for drink refills 3 times. The shrimp pasta was lacking flavor, the spaghetti was decent but I don’t recommend the cobb salad as it was bland and didn’t seem fresh. The avocado egg rolls and cheese cake were the best items. I definitely felt like they were in a hurry for us to order, eat and get out. That all said, I am glad the wait was no where near the 45 minutes stated. On a side note, I did find it interesting that the drink menu has no prices. So in the end these restaurants are all the same, if you must visit one, order drinks and appetizers and maybe dessert. The rest of the menu is nothing special for the price.
Everything was delicious. I’d heard about them, but never tried their restaurant. It has always had unanimously positive reviews and now I see why. Our waitress was friendly, and gave great advice about our questions about the menu. The bread and butter was spectacular. I shared the four cheese pasta with a friend, and everyone else really enjoyed their food. We ordered the lemon meringue cheesecake and it was FABULOUS!!
The wait staff turned us into the waited. They were never around. When asked for condiments they never came. The food left much to be desired. The silverware were so disgusting that we actually requested plastic ware. Once we were ready for dessert, there was no one around to take our order. We literally begged anyone who passed us for the check, which arrived a half hour later. Never again will I visit this establishment.
I had to change my review. Our recent experience was horrible. My husband and I 1st were called "them 2 are next" by the hostess which I felt was rude instead of getting our name. After we had our drinks a party of 10 get seated. The waitress said the bread was not out of the oven yet, which I was understanding. But how does the party of 10 get their food before us...well the waitress forgot to put our order in. And our waitress was the party of 10 waitress also. Now we had been there for 45 mins total had drinks and a appetizer. We told the waitress we just wanted to leave..we don't want our food that she had forgot. Horrible experience
We ate at the bar, and our bar tender was fantastic! So was the food! We had the BEST Ceasar salad, and the herb-crusted salmon with asparagus and mashed potatoes was so good. I can't wait to go back.Food: 5/5
First time here, definitely a nice quaint establishment. Many many many options to choose and our waitress said the menu changes every 6 mts Food was hot and fresh Waitress was on top of her game our drinks weren't half gone and she brought us another. Desert was delicious well of course it was it was turtle cheesecake To top it off the fried Mac and cheese balls out of thus world

Normally the stuffed mushrooms are to die for but something was different. The stuffing inside the mushrooms didn’t taste the same. They didn’t taste like normal and the sauce on the stuffed mushrooms looked more like gravy. I ordered a Louisiana Chicken Pasta and the Adam's Peanut Butter cheesecake. Service was good, food tasted decent, but $10 for one slice of cheesecake? Almost $20 for an entrée? Are these prices justified? You decide.Food: 4/5
As I stepped into the Cheesecake Factory, I was immediately drawn in by the alluring dim lighting, creating an intimate and romantic atmosphere perfect for a cozy evening out. My appetite was whetted as I perused the extensive menu, eagerly anticipating the culinary delights to come. However, as I sat down, I couldn't help but notice that the bread was missing from our table. Despite this minor hiccup, I was still excited to try the dishes I had ordered. Unfortunately, my anticipation was cut short as I noticed that the utensils were slightly dirty, causing a brief moment of disappointment. But as soon as my dishes arrived, any misgivings were quickly forgotten. The skinny chicken pasta was an absolute delight, with the perfectly cooked pasta complimenting the tender chicken in a luscious sauce. The grilled steak medallion was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy with every bite, and the tossed green salad was fresh and crisp, perfectly balancing out the rich flavors of the pasta and steak. Although we only had one napkin for three people, it was a minor inconvenience compared to the delectable dishes we enjoyed. And while I was disappointed that they had run out of ribeye steak, the other dishes more than made up for it. Overall, despite a few minor hiccups, my experience at the Cheesecake Factory was absolutely delightful. The ambiance was seductive, the food was superb, and the service was friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a romantic evening out or a delicious meal with friends and family.
