Honestly not a huge fan of The Cheesecake Factory and this visit was no exception. There were too many tomatoes in here. The staff were very apologetic because the food took nearly forty 40 minutes to arrive and the manager came to our table and apologized profusely. Doesn't instill confidence with the structure of the restaurant. Our waitress was cheerful and kept our water glasses filled. The food is so rich and heavy I couldn't finish my main course at all after I ordered sliders as an appetizer. The atmosphere and restaurant decor was cool though, I felt like I was at Disneyland. Vegetarian options: There are probably dozens of options to choose from. Kid-friendliness: There is a kids' menu for ages 10 and younger. Parking: Parking for the Mission Viejo mall is not dictated by The Cheesecake Factory. Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible. Dietary restrictions: Many of the food options are extremely high in calories and it would be wise for anyone to order from the diet menu instead based on principle alone.
Always good tasting food. The meatloaf recipe has changed during the Pandemic; we are requesting you bring the old recipe back. The waitress was exceptional! I can't remember her name, but she knew to put in the appetizer order first due to some hungry individuals and come back to get our dinner order. This way, the dishes came out one after another with minimal wait time. Can't wait to try a new dish next time. Free parking and restrooms in venue.
Literally the dream place for my husband who loves the authentic American foods… you will get a menu with ocean wide diverse selection that you need around 10 mins to browse, digest and decide what do you want to go for… I love that they also provide the lower calories version of many popular dishes! Waiters are amazing! I hope there is one near my home !
Whenever I'm in the mood for cheesecake, Cheesecake Factory is my first choice. They have such a wide variety of flavors to choose from, and each one is so delicious. I also love the ambiance of the restaurant - it's cozy and elegant at the same time. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Vegetarian options: Lot's of vegetarian options on the menu, such as pasta, salads, and appetizers. Kid-friendliness: Huge kid selection for your little ones. Parking: Plenty of parking within the parking structure or just outside the restaurant. Dietary restrictions: There are gluten free and vegan options/substitution available.
The food was good but the receptionist was horrible he was not only made us wait for 30min for nothing but also did not apology to us properly even though he forgot us wating He was only made excuse by himself and so rude Server was nice and kind
The food was good but a bit under salted. So after I added salt I'm not usually one to salt it was pretty good. One negativepositive was that we checked the allergen menu online which is ONLY available online so look ahead of time we knew or so we thought we did what we could and couldn't order. Until desert time... Here's the negative.... they could not say that not even 1 of their cheesecakes would be safe from possible cross-contamination with nuts. But their allergen menu says NOTHING about that. NOTHING. The positive? At least they told us. And the drink Georgia Peach was super delish! Dietary restrictions: See review. Not good for nut allergies!
Great as always. We love Cheesecake Factory. This one is very organized and clean. It took a bit longer to serve but that is fine. Staff is very friendly.
The food was terrific!! I have to say the staff went above and beyond for us. We celebrated our Mom's 99th birthday here. The staff treated her like royalty. I wish I could remember our terrific waitresses name but she never got flustered with our large group, was super cool and awesome. Oh man! The cheesecakes we got were amazeballz!! I had the Godiva raspberry chocolate cheesecake...best thing in the universe! Thank you Cheesecake Factory!!!
Delicious food and beautiful ambiance! I ordered French fries for an appetizer and almond crusted salmon salad for an entree. I shared both with a friend and couldn’t finish. Of course that warm bread and butter is a yummy way to start the meal too! I love this restaurant and have brought clients to it for celebration meals too.
I had the best experience here! Ann was the best server! The pineapple limeade was unreal and and club sandwhich was so good. Fast service as well. 10/10!Food: 5/5
