Very disappointed with customer service. . I needed to exchange my son's Jeans for a different size. I had the receipt and all but one pair of jeans had the tags. They would not exchange the pair without a tag. Clearly non of the jeans were worn. Not to mention they were rude about the situation.
A wonderful experience at this store and Lisa and Stephanie are great to work with. Very helpful and friendly. My mother and I shop her quite often and we are always greeted with a friendly hello. I can’t say enough about what a pleasant shopping experience it has been at this location. It is a pleasure to encounter two very knowledgeable sales people who truly care about their job. Will be back for more shopping.
Received a gift for my daughter that she did not like. Went to exchange the item unworn with tags but was told they do not exchange without a receipt -- even for store credit. Very disappointed in this policy.
Absolutely disappointed in this store. We've been shopping here for years but will never shop here again. My son received some things from his grandmother for Christmas he didn't care for and when we went to exchange for something else we were told, "there's nothing we can do for you." They do not do exchanges/store credit AT ALL without a receipt. So crazy. Buyer beware and avoid this store!!!
