The store was not open. According to the sign on the door they are supposed to be open at 9am. Well let's just say me along with 4 other people stood there waiting on the store to open it was 9:30 am. I decided to go to Levi's, and then Adidas and try back, by that time its 10 am, and the store still isn't open yet. This is bad business. I traveled all the way from St. Helena island 45 minutes. This isn't the first time this store has been closed when its supposed to be open. I will be using my place cash online from now on.
Went shopping for my son’s summers clothes today and I just had to put in a review. This new young lady named Mykayla was such a great help and has a great personality. I’ll definitely be back! Awesome service & deals!
This business has the rudest workers that only care about their personal problems in front of customers. They are also proceeded to have a bad attitude in front of my entire family when asking a simple question. I don’t know who is in charge of the hiring process at this business, but you failed to pick employees that have the slightest interest in their costomers and your companies name. Horrible service. Not recommended.
Horrible experience! I walked into the store at 8:40 PM and there were no other customers in the store. There was 1 or maybe 2 employees but I'm not sure because they were just hanging out and talking. The store was in complete disarray, no one offered to help me and at 8:48 they announced they were closing in 5 minutes but the center did not close until 9.
I went in to return some items Wednesday and haven't received my refund yet. It normally doesn't take this long for a refund to show back into my account.
I love shopping here for my granddaughter. Uniforms, casual wear, jackets, hair accessories, girls jewelry, shoes...what else Do U need?
The sizes I need are always in stock and friendly staff each time .
