When my mother was sick and hospitalized quite often at Christ, the doctors, nurse, and staff really became family. There were times that the nurses knew my children by name. My whole family has always been treated with the best care… even when I was hospitalized myself. I truly had never had a bad experience. I will forever be grateful for all of the services my mom and family received. Thank you.
The ER Doctor I saw very early in July 2022 was incredible!! He was very professional & friendly. I had a badly infected cyst & we talked about pro-tennis & the Incredible Dr. Pol as he took care of my wound! I went in on a Saturday morning approx. 8am & I didn't have to wait more than 10 mins. And my now deceased husband of 25yrs had chemo & radiation with Christ Hospital physicians at the hospital & office on Red Bank Rd. He received excellent care.
I can’t express how great of an experience I had here. I had a surgery called a myomectomy which was done by Dr. Burwinkle. Him and his team made me feel so comfortable while they were prepping me for surgery and helped keep me calm. After surgery, I had a bunch of nurses but two of the nurses I will never forget. Andrea and Jamie. They were so kind, patient, and very quick if I needed anything. I could just feel the love and genuine care while I was there. 10/10 highly recommend it here.
My brother in law is being treated for stage 4 cancer and has several complications. Numerous times he's gone to the ER with severe difficulty breathing and they have stuck him in a back room and left him to suffer without pain medication or addressing his issues. The staff literally says he's not worth giving blood to even though his hemoglobin levels are dangerously low because they don't want to waste it on him. At best, it's inhumane and at worst, it's criminal. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place.
You Know I Got To Say The Heart Doctors At Christ Hospital Are Top Of There Game , They Are Loyal And They Care About How You Feel . They Haven't Saved My Life Just Once But Twice Yes I Also Believe GOD Had A Hand In It We Serve A Mighty GOD And The Nurses Was Absolutely Outstanding You Needed Something And They Was On It . I Thank GOD For Christ Hospital And The Doctor's, Nurses And All The Hospital Staff Are Number 1* I Wouldn't Be Here Today If It Wasn't For The Fast Response And Our Heavenly FATHER I Always Look Forward To Telling Others My Story And How GOD Was Right There With Me Through Everything
Could not say enough great things about this hospital. By far the best around. The hospitality is amazing, when you’re already in pain or in an uncomfortable position health wise they’re so reassuring and they make the entire process easier. Reassurance and warmth are all a patient could ask for from a nurse or doctor. They explain what they’re going to do before they do it, they thoroughly explain what things mean as far as medical terminology and other concerns, they always answer any questions. 10/10 and way better than St. E in all aspects.
I just had a 4 day unexpected stay at this hospital and I can honestly say I have never been treated better. It was a scary and stressful time but every single person I came into contact with from the ER, to the nurses when I was admitted, to the doctors and surgeon who helped me through this trauma, to the wonderful woman who transported me at the end of my visit were so KIND. Everything was also so clear to me, every step of the way. I was never left in the dark. There’s no other hospital I will ever go to again other than Christ Hospital!
I once believed this was one of the best hospitals especially for heart issues. If I could rate ZERO I would but you can't leave a review. My 29 yr old son spent 31 HOURSYES THIRTY ONE in our local ER waiting to get transported to them with life threatening heart issue our hospital can't handle. They dropped the ball. Big communication issues they didn't have a bed then did then oops no not yet over and over and over. Finally doc called MIAMI VALLEY and they jumped on this he got there in no time. And taken care of immediately. Someone in charge really needs to reach out to us personally and Try to explain. Miami Valley ROCKS
I had a family practice doctor for 4 years who i trusted. She left and they never contacted me. Now i’m sick and can’t get in to see anyone because I don’t have a practitioner assigned to me that actually works in my app. I was on hold waiting for a doctor for 9 HOURS on Saturday. I spoke to no one and they charged me four times out of pocket. Wouldn’t even accept my insurance. I would walk away.
I went to Christ for an endometrial ablation earlier this year. During the procedure, the doctor had to stop and could not restart due to a “machine malfunction”. I submitted a dispute and was told that my concerns would be addressed with administrative controls. This does not address the fact that I now have almost $7,000 in medical bills for a procedure that was never completed. Christ needs to take some financial responsibility.
