6.35 is the cheapest possible load. July 2023 so no small loads. You must use cc in a vending machine separate from the washer to buy their in-store only cc card. It's OK, but if you're not a regular, using pre-loaded cards is extra steps Noone needs or wants. The outside tables are a nice touch while you wait.
This place is a dump and half the washers and dryer are out of order! The whole "laundry card" thing is stupid, confusing and not necessary! I will never, ever, come back here!!!!! Still sucks!
Clean, competitive prices, but I must say the price of doing laundry is insane nowadays. It's been years since I've used a laundromat, I suggest you bring your wallet $$$
I have my blankets washed there. Always done on time and very pleasant ladies.
One of the washing machines and one of their dryers seem to decide to hate me all in one night... Although I was a little bit nervous about having to leave my clothes locked in the washing machine at the facility overnight, I was pleasantly surprised on how quickly I was responded to and was very happy with their solution a washed and dried the kidnapped load of laundry to make up for my lost money and I figure I'm the first one to complain when I don't like something, so when someone goes out of their way to make sure that I continue to be a customer, I like to share that experience also. Thank you clothes basket I appreciate the customer service more than you know.
Horrible experience with this laundromat. I left my clothes there on accident due to some of them not being completely dry and needing more time. Instead of leaving them in the office for when I came back they simply put them in the donation bin for anyone to take, and now I’m out hundreds of dollars of work clothes. Would not feel safe leaving your clothes unattended here, staff will take them and do as they please with your items.
I have been doing my laundry here for almost two years. They set you up with your own card, you add money to it. Insert into machines...off you go. Don't understand something...staff is always willing to assist customers. Large loads are no problem. They have a washing machine that will do 75 lbs of laundry! Dryers come in various sizes as well. If you forgot to buy detergent and dryer sheets, they sell them there. They have fold service there as well. I believe they offer delivery as well. Very convenient. You get what you pay for. In my opinion, they are worth the expense. I will continue to patronize their business. If you are looking for local laundromat, I highly recommend the Clothes Basket.
Massively expensive. Machines don't spin clothes dry enough and the dryers are overpriced and don't dry clothes well at all. Also it takes only the supplied cards no change and will not refund the remainder of change left on said card. Don't waste your time.
Cleanliness was awesome! The fact that my clothes tumbled out of the dryer, when I wasn't present, regardless how many clothes were in the dryer, didn't make me happy. Not a fan of the laundry card system either. I would recommend this place.
Decent place to do laundry. No bathrooms... i'll never understand this since customers are there for longish periods of time. All machines seem to work well, no issues there. Cheaper then one of the other places I've been to here. Free wifi and a TV to pass time with. Grocery store is convenient right next door.
