The Connie Hansen Garden offers year-round displays of rhododendrons, shrubs, and perennials chosen for their ability to thrive in our cool, wet climate.
Explore the acre and a quarter of winding paths beneath the canopy of ornamental trees, where beds of shade loving hosta, hellebores and primroses grow. Bridges cross the creek, leading you past iris beds into the East Garden, with its stone wall, sunny rock garden and colorful heather berm. Mature rhododendrons surround the perennial flower beds, glowing in the sun. This is a botanist’s paradise. Open to the public every day from dawn to dusk, free of charge.
