The Connie Hansen Garden

About

The Connie Hansen Garden offers year-round displays of rhododendrons, shrubs, and perennials chosen for their ability to thrive in our cool, wet climate.

Description

Explore the acre and a quarter of winding paths beneath the canopy of ornamental trees, where beds of shade loving hosta, hellebores and primroses grow. Bridges cross the creek, leading you past iris beds into the East Garden, with its stone wall, sunny rock garden and colorful heather berm. Mature rhododendrons surround the perennial flower beds, glowing in the sun. This is a botanist’s paradise. Open to the public every day from dawn to dusk, free of charge.

The Connie Hansen Garden Conservancy is a beautiful hidden gem. It is 1 to 2 acres of wonderful plants, trees and shrubs. There are also benches placed sporadically to sit and enjoy the beauty of nature.
Connie's garden is a great little garden you can walk through, relax, and even have a picnic in. My family and I enjoy walking through this garden every once in a while. This garden also makes great family pictures.
One of my favorite places to visit in Lincoln City. Super quiet and the flowers and plants are always gorgeous. It's very peaceful to walk through, especially after fresh rain.
Wonderful hidden secret garden in Lincoln City. Peaceful and quiet walk around the garden. Worth stopping by on the way to the beach. Happy I stopped, bought a plant too.
Peaceful respite that was unexpected and beautifully maintained gardens that are a nice stop on the way walking to the beach. One can see all the love and work put into it.
This is a place to enjoy in the wonderful tranquil light of what God gives us all a place of colors and peace. I recommend it of you just need to get away from everyday hustle and bustle.
It is not right season to expect something better but I can feel it will be pretty awesome place to be calm a while. Small pond and bridges and trees and flowers . Just take a walk with tea and take a break while for rest . Cozy garden ,,recomend off season . Highly recomend on right season .
Wow! What a cute and free little neighborhood gem! Feels a little bigger than you'd expect due to the choice of paths. Has a couple benches where you could take a lunch break or have a simple little picnic and be surrounded by plants. Gift shop currently closed for COVID-19. Shop has a few plants for sale outside it for $7 using an envelope, on the honor system. Open dawn until dusk and has about ten parking spots. If this information was helpful, I would appreciate a quick like or follow. Thank you!
This was such a beautiful place to visit. It's a nice tranquil getaway in the middle of town and there are quite a few different kinds of plants that are just thriving there. There are some benches if you have time to just sit down and relax and I could easily see it being a regular place to go and unwind. So glad we got to visit this and I hope that it will be a place we can go back to again on another vacation.
We took a nice stroll through in the middle of June. There was a building but that was not open during our stop. A great place to stretch your legs and enjoy some of nature.
